CAMPUSES Terrace

Located in the beautiful Skeena River valley, Terrace is surrounded by stunning mountains and beautiful views. The campus is in a quiet, residential area just five minutes from downtown by car or a 25-minute walk. Terrace is know for it’s warm, welcoming community and easy access to outdoor activities. Terrace is the only NWCC location with on-campus residences for students. For public transportation schedules visit bctransit.com/terrace

Smithers

Nestled in the Bulkley Valley, Smithers is another vibrant and welcoming mountain town. The campus is located in the heart of Smithers, walking distance to all amenities. With easy access to an array of outdoor activities and plenty of recreational opportunities in town, it’s a great home base for your studies. Smithers is 204 km from Terrace.

Prince Rupert

Located on the shores of the stunning Pacific Ocean, Prince Rupert is a friendly, multicultural port community. From Prince Rupert you can travel by sea to Haida Gwaii or to Alaska. NWCC’s Prince Rupert campus is located in the centre of the city, a close walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. It’s also a welcoming, friendly community. UPGRADING English Pathways Program (EPP) Terrace The EPP program will help improve your language and study skills to gain entry into Trades, Business, or University Credit programs. INTAKES: Fall, Winter & Spring LENGTH: 14 weeks REQUIREMENTS: This program is for applicants with current IELTS scores between 5.0 and 6.0. The IELTS score must have been achieved within one calendar year from the time of application. COST: $2999 (total tuition)

Career & College Preparation (CCP) Terrace, Prince Rupert & Smithers The CCP program will help you upgrade your English, Math or Science prerequisites so you can meet the requirements. Relationships and Language: Truth & Reconciliation in North Western BC

Examine how reconciliation is formed through relationship building and understanding. With visits to five First Nations communities, you will engage with Elders and leadership committed to restoring and revitalizing languages.

Skeena Watershed Ecosystems
