Some Highlights 96% of pupils said that they knew more about manufacturing & engineering after visiting the stand The number who would consider a career in manufacturing before visiting the stand was 7%. Afterwards 75% said they would consider a career in manufacturing as either a designer, scientist, engineer or production manager 89% of young people rated the stand as either ‘brilliant’ or ‘really good’ 99.5% of manufacturing volunteers said they wanted their organisations to continue to support Skills NW 100% of the employers described the event as excellent or good
