BIG TOKES EXHALE WITH A WHISPER, LEAVING LIKE A SIP OF FINE WINE.

CUVEE COOKIES

IT WOULDN’T BE AN ANNUAL TANNINS AND TERPENES ISSUE WITHOUT A WINE PAIRING, SO WE FOUND A BRIGHT AND FRUITY STRAIN WORTH BREAKING OUT THE VINO AND CHOCOLATE FOR, CREATING THE PERFECT SELF CARE FALL EVENING.

The Cuvee Cookies is a cross between Cuvee (Space Queen and Pinot Noir) and Girl Scout Cookies, so it already has wine in its genetic lineage. The combination of the two parent strains birthed a powerful indica that is known to hit as hard as a red wine hangover, but in a nice and stoney way.

It’s a resinous and sticky flower with a super frosted trichome coating over dense, light green nugs.

Opening a jar releases a nasal trip to a bright and fresh patch of berries, complete with a green viney freshness and an earthy, Kushy-Cookies fog lingering in the background. Like a fine wine, this strain is rich with flavors and cultivated for one wonderful purpose: to get us baked.

Breaking up the flower reveals a sticky funk that lingers on the fingers, filling the immediate area with fermenting-fruit-gas and a rich grape-berry finish.

This flavor profile is complemented perfectly by a big bold fruity red wine, but just like with Cannabis, any pairing is really about the people and palates enjoying the combination, so always be open to experimenting with new flavors and pairings at home. No matter what, there’s no going wrong once you take the first hit of the Cuvee Cookies.

The bud burns easily despite the heavy resin content, rushing into the lungs with a bright mixed berry sappiness that coats the mouth and leaves the tongue tingling. Big tokes exhale with a whisper, leaving like a sip of fine wine, with a lingering desire to repeat the process.

After a few snappers from our bong we found ourselves momentarily lightheaded as effects rushed to the brain, delivering neurological bliss that triggered an immediate sense of wellbeing within the mind, body, and dare we say, soul.

So if a glass of red wine is considered good for the heart, we definitely vouch for the switch to a bowl of Cuvee Cookies from Pacific Northwest Growers.
