Finding a roommate and selecting a room
Focusing on student success — every student, every day — is Northwest’s mission. Students who live on campus are part of a well-rounded university experience that fosters academic success and personal growth. Watch for an email in January with information about roommate selection. If you already know your roommate for the upcoming semester, you can add them when you submit your housing application.

Academic Living Communities (ALCs) offer students with similar academic interests the opportunity to connect and learn with one another in a living and learning environment. The communities are designed to ease the transition to college life and provide support for personal and academic growth that encourages our mission of student success. “I love living in South because of the blended diversities of the populations, with the freshmen ALCs as well as the upperclassmen. When we bring the building together for events, the communities mix together, and it’s really cool to see.
