CHECKLIST SENIOR YEAR IN HIGH SCHOOL CHECKLIST ☐ Apply for FAFSA at studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa beginning Oct. 1 (Northwest code: 002496) ☐ Submit your housing application and prepayment beginning Nov. 2 ☐ Submit your commuter card by May 1, if applicable (Freshmen will need to have card notarized) ☐ Review and accept financial aid ☐ Watch for instructions about finding a roommate in January ☐ Submit the Standard Scholarship Application by Feb. 1 ☐ Register for Summer Orientation, Advisement and Registration (SOAR) ☐ Attend the Housing Sneak Peek on Saturday, April 3 ☐ Select your room beginning April 20 ☐ Complete and submit your Health History Form
