EDGE OVENS At Edge Ovens, our goal is to build the best conveyor pizza oven for you, at a low cost, with low energy use, and most importantly, with the best bakes. Only Edge Conveyor Ovens combine the unique finger design and best fan configurations with the I-HEAT system. The I-HEAT burner is a power burner using a modulating gas and air management system. 5-Year Part Warranty 5-Year Labor Warranty 5-Year Worry Free Efficiency All modulating Edge Ovens come with a simple 5-Year Parts & Labor Warranty. Any part that fails during normal use during the 5-year warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the owner. We want you to know that we are your partner for many years to come. If you are not satisfied with your oven’s energy use, or bake performance, or have some other concern, call us and let us know. 2

We offer both the EDGE60 and the EDGE40 in two different design constructions. Our base models are assembled in the traditional way of riveting and welding, allowing us to speed the manufacturing time and lower production costs. We also offer the option of our patented modular design of bolting the oven together for customers who may need this feature for self-installation or installations in hard-toreach areas. This option allows for simple bolt together construction without special lifting or rigging equipment and enables the control to be unbolted and removed for service and warranty work. An additional removable control can be purchased separately, giving the owner a spare in case one needs to be removed for service. This option eliminates costly down time. Both ovens are manufactured to the highest quality with welded seams, corners, and structural braces.


FEATURING iHEAT

I-HEAT™ is a highly efficient intelligent burner system. The system is comprised of multiple components all being controlled by the I-HEAT™ control module. The software in the control module is custom tailored for each EDGE oven model, giving you the cleanest most efficient burner available. The I-HEAT™ intelligent burner is different than any other burner available in the pizza oven industry. Unlike the burners in other pizza ovens, the I-HEAT™ burner in EDGE ovens regulates both gas flow and combustion air to the burner providing you the most complete burn available. You can think of it like fuel injection compared to a carburetor, when you precisely control gas and air flow you get better fuel economy. The I-HEAT™ system is so repeatable and predictable that we can confidently state the cost of operation for all of our oven models and that is a DIFFERENCE you can take to the BANK!

FEATURES AND BENEFITS EDGE Conveyor ovens are designed to be stacked three high and come in three different sizes. The EDGE30, EDGE40 and EDGE60 with the features listed below. Affordable: Edge ovens are affordably priced with an initial acquisition cost not much higher than a good quality reconditioned oven. Energy Efficient: Edge ovens use a modulating burner that modulates both gas and combustion air. This system allows for the lowest overall operating costs of any conveyor oven in its class. Modular Design (Optional): Edge ovens use a patented modular design that enables the oven to be bolted together instead of riveting and welding. This design allows the ovens to be installed in pieces without the use of any special lifting or rigging equipment. Removable Control Cabinet: Edge control cabinet houses all the electrical and gas components except for the main motor. The control cabinet is part of the modular design and can be unbolted and returned to the factory for service or upgrades. An additional control may be used as a spare to eliminate any costly down time. Construction: Edge ovens are manufactured to exacting tolerances and use stainless steel inside and out. Warranty: Edge ovens come with a detailed FIVE YEAR Parts and Labor Warranty. Ventilation: Edge ovens must be used under a ventilation hood only. Hood system must conform to all local and applicable codes. Brushless: Edge ovens use a brushless drive conveyor system eliminating the need to replace brushes in the conveyor motors. 4
