The receptionist is very attentive in receiving, serving the public in their requests for information and interviews with staff, executing and controlling receipt and dispatch of correspondence, to provide support to the administrative activities of the unit.

Bellboy.

A "bellman" is a hotel employee who assists guests with their luggage and show them your room. Also known as buttons, a button must ensure that guests have a pleasant stay.

Head Waiter

The maître d'hôtel (French: "master of hotel", head waiter, host or maître a formal restaurant. The responsibilities of a maître d'hôtel generally include supervising the waiting staff, welcoming guests and assigning tables to them, taking reservations and ensuring that guests are satisfied


Waiter Waiting staff or serving staff are those who work at a restaurant or a bar, and sometimes in private homes, attending customers—supplying them with food and drink as requested. An individual waiting tables is commonly called a server.


Steward Is the person that wash all manage
