Learn the basics of interior design, and complete a small residential design project. Learn to draft and understand floor plans, come up with a design concept, put together a color scheme, select furniture and materials, and visit showrooms and design offices. Pull it all together in the design of a NYC apartment.
Take your basic interior design knowledge to another level, and design a small café or hotel lobby. Visit design offices, meet professional designers, and gain an understanding of a more complex space. (040 Pre-College I is a prerequisite)

This program will build your portfolio, answer questions about your future, and give you a head start in interior design. Students receive one undergraduate credit for completion of each course.
