SPREADING MUCK WITH PRECISION

imports a full range of Strautmann Muck Spreaders from the German manufacturer that will suit all the requirements of both farmers and contractors in New Zealand.

Previously it focused on the VS and PS ranges, but this year it introduced the TS range to the NZ market at the 2021 National Fieldays at Mystery Creek in June.

With almost 60 years of experience and development, the VS and PS muck spreaders are tried and true and offer strong, reliable and accurate spreading of products from lime and fertiliser, separated effluent solids and slurry, to compost and bedding materials.

Large volumes can be spread quickly and easily from the various models from 20 cubic metres to 32 cubic metres depending on model chosen and a myriad of options are available to suit your requirements.

The latest models are now available with a patented dynamic weighing and spreading control system that you can programme to spread from your mapping systems and accurately place and provide proof of placement data to meet all new required legislation for spreading of fertiliser and other products on NZ farms.

This feature combined with the appropriate ISOBUS monitor system makes them Precision Agriculture compatible.

The new TS range is a more typical bathtub model as seen commonly in NZ and has a capacity of either 14 cu m or 16 cu m and the option of two vertical beaters or the universal spreader with two horizontal spreading discs.

They have a single axle, with largediameter tyres to provide less rolling resistance than typical smaller tyres. They also feature a towbar with spring suspension to make for a smoother ride.
