NZMA Accreditations NZMA is accredited by a number of NZ and international bodies including:

Located in the same building as NZMA’s Auckland Central Academy, enrolling at Fern students can guarantee their educational pathway to NZMA’s School of Business and Hospitality Management to study at either certificate or diploma level.

Edexcel BTEC University Pathways Edexcel’s academic and vocational qualifications allow students to progress to University and Higher Education Institutions in many countries. There are many examples of students studying their BTEC Higher National locally before entering the second or even final year of a degree in another country, including the UK, USA and Australia.

Other Pathways NZMA also has agreements for pathways to degree programmes with: NZMA’s Diplomas in Business and Hospitality Management provide graduates with dual qualifications from both NZ and the UK. NZMA students also receive training for the City of Guilds Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, which is embedded into the Level 6 Diploma in Hospitality Management, at no extra cost.

A supportive learning environment Our student support team helps from Day 1 with any questions you have about your study, accommodation, transport, insurance, visas, banking and settling in to life in New Zealand. We have small class sizes and our tutors have a lot of industry experience. They make sure you graduate with real skills to help you succeed in todays competitive workplace. Our learning facilities are top quality. We also provide our hospitality management students with a student run cafe (a great meeting place for all students) and a professional bar for training purposes. We can support any student’s additional English language needs through Fern, our dedicated English language school.

Your future starts here and now NZMA is 100% New Zealand owned and is a New Zealand Government funded Tertiary Education Provider, providing Hospitality and Business related training to approximately 2000 New Zealand students each year, as well as to several hundred international students from all around the world.
