3•. Health stampo: The 1939 Health stamps, which were placed on sale on the 16th October last, will be withdrawn from sale on the 29th instant. 4.

Duty stamps: Addi tioilal duty stamps of the following denominations have been overprinted ~ith l~rge figures in black:£15, £25, £40, £50, ~200, £300, £500, £600, £700, £800, £900.

Purther to bulletin No. 8 (1939), arrangements have now ~ made for the transmission of letters to Canton Island by th1. service. 'rhe postage rate '.'rill be 1s.9d. p~r half-ounoe. As there is no post office on the Island, letters should be addressed in care of the P8J1 American Air Comp'any. The date of the re-commencement of the trana-Pacific air service is still inde?inite. 6.
