y two favorite pastimes are eating and getting in killer workouts at the gym. Yes, I am a woman of irony. And while it may be known to most of you that I’m always hungry, I’ve also noticed that with the beastly gym sessions

comes an increase in hunger pains. With the amount of food that I eat, how could I still be hungry, right? You’ve got me! I’m constantly eating throughout the day, and it takes a lot of food to feel satisfied. Therefore, it saddens me

when I go out to eat at a favorite restaurant, relish in the glory of a great meal, and then 20 minutes later feel my stomach growling for more. Well, thanks to complete meals at the following Ono, You Know locations, I’ve found enough food in one meal that withstands my appetite. Now, truth be told, I finally can break the habit of having to order more than one entree. I’ll admit, when dining out, I’m not a cheap date. Complete meals are one of mankind’s best creations. You can eat to your heart’s content and savor everything — and I do mean everything — soup, salads, desserts, sides and the main entree. Don’t expect an itty-bitty entree either; the entrees presented in the complete meals are huge! Amen to that! So, Ono readers, enough jabber. Let’s get down to business, complete meals are the answer to gigantic appetites!

Sushi King Why is it that the worst cravings come late at night when you’re all tucked in and ready for bed? And these cravings aren’t typical — oh, no. Open until 2 a.m. Wednesday through Monday (the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Tuesdays), this establishment, which opened its doors in 1992, serves up the best teishoku meals ever, and believe me, they do not skimp on the portions. Here, teishoku meals (available for lunch and dinner) are fit for royal appetites. An entire section of the menu is devoted to combination dinners, in which diners can select from 20 entree options. Choose two entrees for $21.95 or three for $26.95. All combination dinners also come with an appetizer, salad with miso dressing, tonjiru miso soup, rice, tsukemono and JellO for dessert. ango madness happens this month, as Waikiki’s legendary Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa celebrates its fifth annual Mangoes at the Moana event July 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in which an entire day is dedicated to this beloved tropical fruit. In years past, Mangoes at the Moana has drawn in quite the crowd of locals and visitors alike. “We’ve built on this event year after year. The mango is a great summer tropical fruit and it speaks to the Islands,” says William Chen, chef de cuisine at the Moana. “When Mangoes at the Moana started four years ago, I wasn’t too familiar with the whole spectrum of mangoes, but just seeing the different ways one can utilize mango really opened up my eyes to endless possibilities.” This year, Moana Surfrider is once again partnering with Makaha Mangoes to showcase this seasonal fruit in food demonstrations, best mango and recipe contests, seminars and workshops, and more. “Each year we have contestants who come up with interesting mango recipes. These contests really bring the community together,” Chen states, adding that applications for submissions are still being accepted. “I’m also really looking forward to A Mango Throw Down and Mango Cocktail Mix Down.” The competition heats up in Tree to Table — A Mango Throw Down when

celebrity chefs including Chef Chai’s Chai Chaowasaree, Town’s Ed Kenney, Beachhouse’s Celeste Pasag and RumFire’s Brett Villarmia, among others, get down to business and create their own mango-inspired dish. Guests on property can then sample the chefs’ unique creations and play a part in selecting the ultimate winner. Sampling is priced at $75 for adults (includes two drinks at the Southern Wine & Spirits booth); $45 for children (ages 5-12); $6 per script for one plate at

each booth; pre-sale tickets cost $65 for adults and $35 for children and are available for purchase through July 12. (A portion of the proceeds will benefit Hawaii Tropical Fruit Growers Association.) Then, guests are invited to Banyan Courtyard to cool off with Mango Cocktail Mix Down, in which local mixologists Christina Maffei, Justin Park and Jenny Engle will take part in some friendly competition, using Ketel One Vodka and mango as the main ingredients to concoct a mixed drink des-

tined to wow the crowd. “Last year we had more than 20 varieties of mango showcased at our event, and I encourage guests to learn about the different types of mango — they each bring a unique flavor profile to different types of cuisine,” Chen says, noting that UH master gardeners, local farmers, growers and arborists will be on hand to share the best practices in pruning techniques, production, and the care and maintenance of mango trees, along with providing information on mango growing.

Mangoes at the Moana quickly has become a tradition at the resort, and has expanded beyond its daylong celebration. In fact, the feast of mangoes continues on to the next day, July 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., when Chen will partner with celebrity chef Lee Anne Wong to host a Sunday Brunch FiveCourse Family-Style Menu paired with cocktails. Guests are invited to dine with these culinary talents and indulge in an Asian and French-influenced spread of Mango and Pork Shumai, Pork Belly, Mango Kimchi

Seafood Pancake, Kale Mango Salad and more. Reserve your space for $55 per person (limited seating is available). In addition to a weekend full of every6 thing mango, Chen says, guests can have their fill of mango all month long. “All of our restaurants are offering dishes and drinks centered around mango. We really take the time to celebrate the fruit,” he says. At Beachhouse, patrons will be greeted with Mango Chicken Sausage, Mango

Bread and Mango Salsa (a savory condiment for scrambled eggs) in the breakfast buffet (complete buffet is priced at $34 per person). Renowned afternoon tea ($34 Veranda Tea Set, $40 Moana Classic Tea Set, $48 First Lady Tea Set) in-

cludes a sampling of Mango Scones, Mango Butter and Mango Lemon Curd. And lunch and dinner patrons must save room for dessert and relish in Mango Panna Cotta ($10). “The Mango Panna Cotta is amazing,” Chen says. “Custard and vanilla components really pair well with mango — they highlight the fruit, and Mango Panna Cotta is light and refreshing for summer.” Cocktail enthusiasts, gravitate to Beachhouse Bar to sip on Mango-jito ($13), an original creation inspired by bartender Brian Yamada. Beach Bar offers a tempting Green Mango Twist ($7) and Mango

Peach Fizz ($12). And the perfect drink calls for a meaty sandwich — more specifically, Surfrider Cafe’s Pulled Pork Sandwich with Mango BBQ Sauce ($17). “We take fresh pork butt and braise it overnight until it’s nice and soft, and we make our own barbecue sauce with fresh mangoes and cook that down, it takes a good 18 hours or so,” Chen explains. “The sandwich is sweet and tangy with a lot of bright flavors from the mango.” Chen is even taking Mangoes at the Moana beyond the Waikiki property. Catch him today at Kahala Whole Foods from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Chen also will be joined by chef Lee Anne Wong July 9 at 5:30 p.m. at Cook Space in Ward Warehouse.

ituated in Market City Shopping Center, Anytime Cafe presents a unique brand of international flavors in which you’ll find everything from Italian pasta and risotto to loco mocos and dim sum, all on the same menu. According to Cindy Wong, who owns the establishment with her husband, Ken, the duo was inspired to offer an eclectic mix of cuisines in order to create a dining experience that diners of all ages can enjoy. “The idea is family style, so the kids can still order their pizza and pasta, and their parents can order the other things that they like,” says Cindy. Whether it’s a kidfriendly pizza or a sophisticated seafood dish, the Wong family always goes the extra mile to make each dish absolutely devourable — an effort that has earned the restaurant a loyal base of patrons since it opened three years ago. “We have many regular customers who come many times a week, and that is what we wanted,” adds Cindy. One dish the whole family will love is Pork Chop Bun ($3.95), one of the eatery’s new Tea Time menu (available from July

Made with three different kinds of shrimp — Bay, Tiger and Head-on shrimp stuffed with crabmeat — this pasta becomes drool-worthy with its luscious, creamy white truffle sauce. According to Cindy, the exclusive white truffle paste, which is blended with the eatery’s homemade alfredo, is special ordered from Italy, so you’ll

be hard-pressed to find it anywhere else. In addition to their enticing aromatic qualities, the white truffles blend amazingly with the creamy blanket of alfredo, setting up the perfect base of flavors for the shrimp. In addition to Pork Chop Bun and Trio Shrimp Spaghettini, Cindy suggests trying one of Anytime Cafe’s most popular appetizers, Thai Style Pork

The sweet and smoky marinated pork goes perfectly with its garlic, lemongrass, lemon juice and chili dipping sauce. At least one family member — OK, maybe everyone — will enjoy slurping up Shrimp Wonton Noodle in Broth ($8.95) as well. This

Hong Kong-style dish is made with shrimp and pork wonton, thin noodles and choy sum in a porkand shrimp-based broth. To ensure an authentic flavor is achieved, noodles and wonton shells with the perfect taste and consistency are imported from Canada. tanding in front of a case of doughnuts at Regal Bakery, it seems nearly impossible to just choose one. Luckily, the best form of decadence comes with variety. With more than 20 flavors available at a time, and close to 30 total, it would be a shame not to try a little bit of everything. “With doughnuts, you don’t feel guilty about eating one a day,” says Jessie

Salvador, general manager of Regal Bakery, and store manager for its downtown location. And with the flavor combinations Regal Bakery offers, the need to give-in will definitely win. Plus, you’ll never spend more than $2 on one doughnut. “The way I had it set up, the top two rows are priced at $1.05 and you can actually do a dozen special, which is $11 for anything in

the top two rows,” Salvador says. Specialty flavors are only $1.45 and exotic flavors are just $2. Currently, the flavor of the month is Berry Blast ($1.05 per doughnut). Fourth of July celebrations may have come to an end, but this doughnut will have you feeling patriotic with its flavorful and colorful homage to the holiday. A blueberry cake doughnut is topped with strawberry icing and a raspberry drizzle. “The center itself is blue,” says Salvador. “So it’s not only just the flavor, but we also give it a nice electric blue. It’s a really fun doughnut.” With its quickly growing popularity, be sure to stop in before the month ends. If you miss it, or find yourself craving a Berry Blast doughnut before next year, you might want to make a friendly suggestion to Salvador who has brought back flavors for “throwback Wednesdays.” “We do a ‘throwback

with caramelized sugar, much like its namesake. Regal Bakery’s spacious downtown location also offers free Wi-Fi and a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, such as Latte ($2.75 for 16 ounces, $3.25 for 20 ounces) and Mocha ($3.25). If you’re looking to settle down and get some work done with a doughnut and a drink, there also is an electril outlet for every six seats, which means you won’t have to worry about your computer battery dying. unchtime is a buzz at Kahai Street Kitchen, where avid fans refuel for the rest of the day with local comfort food with a gourmet twist. The eatery recently unveiled an updated menu in celebration of its seventh anniversary last month, yet it continues to pay tribute to the classics, such as Marinated Grilled Chicken Mozzarella Bake. Created by chef David Yamamoto, Marinated Grilled Chicken Mozzarella Bake is the special of the month, and it’s a proven winner among patrons. Kahai Street Kitchen is the place to be for fine-dining plate lunches and catering.

Nine ounces of chicken is coated with flour and seasoned with salt, pepper and an assortment of herbs, and then baked to a crisp golden brown, while the meaty interior remains tender and juicy.

White wine cream sauce composed of white wine, shallots and a cream butter reduction has savory written all over it, adding another dimension to this already alluring dish.

“I like to incorporate local ingredients into the dishes as much as possible,” Yamamoto says.

“I create local-style favorites and always kick it up a notch. It’s great to take components from different types of cuisine and combine them together.

Sauteed spinach with pancetta and cream sauce is placed atop the chicken, along with roasted sliced tomatoes, fresh mushrooms and melted mozzarella cheese.

here’s been a lot of discussion about equal rights in the national news lately, and that’s a good thing. We’re all in this together, after all, and everyone should expect to be treated fairly, whether they are women, LGBT, immigrants — or even, ahem, non-meat eaters. This brings to mind the local sentiment “lucky we live Hawaii. Sure, we suffer some types of discrimination here, but in all our diversity, we usually get along just fine. We like to mix it up here in the Islands — and when it comes to food, Asian Mix is an ideal place to do it, offering an appetizing variety of Chinese, Japanese and local-style dishes. And although those among us who choose not to eat meat or fish sometimes may feel a bit of discrimination when perusing a menu to find not even one meat-free offering, that’s

not the case at Asian Mix. Tofu and Eggplant in Garlic Sauce ($8.50) is garlicky good, laced with a hint of vinegar and chili pepper resulting in a medium-spicy dish that’s even better with an order of brown or white rice ($1) to soak up all that flavor. “It’s a little sweet, a little sour, explains Daniel Leung, who co-owns the eatery. Living up to its name, Asian Mix presents Chow Fun with Yellow Curry ($8.50), incorporating Indian yellow curry with stirfried bean sprouts, onions and bell peppers to complement the distinctively Chinese noodles. “We use egg in the stirfry, notes Leung, “but it’s optional, so just ask and we'll leave it out. Right on. Power to the people.

Don’t be afraid to laugh out loud or clink your silverware together.” The 275-seat restaurant opened its doors May 31 and held its grand opening July 5, and offers panoramic views spanning from the Koolau Mountains to East Honolulu and along Waikiki to the South shore, offering ideal vantage points for stunning sunsets and occasional firework displays. The Signature features three private dining areas capable of hosting eight to 40 guests comfortably, all of which include audio/visual capabilities for private entertainment and presentations. “One of the great things about this restaurant is that there is not one bad seat in the entire house,” Viloria

rises above the rest hile The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood initially earned its moniker for the unsurpassed view to which diners are treated at every table, the restaurant also provides a signature brand of service and cuisine that elevates it a cut above the rest. Situated atop Ala Moana Hotel on the 36th floor, The Signature is making its mark on Hawaii’s dining scene thanks to restaurateur Peter Kim, a Kaiser High School product who gained notoriety as a kicker at the University of Alabama under legendary coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. Kim helped launch Yummy’s Korean BBQ in 1986, and has had his hand in an assortment of restaurant ventures, which now includes The Signature — his first full-service foray. “It is an overall experience, and we take into consideration comfort, temperature, lighting, scenery, service, food — of course — and a genuine sense of aloha,” explains Jacque Viloria, general manager of The Signature, who recently returned to Hawaii after gaining experience with Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in Las Vegas. “We’re definitely not stuffy or uptight, or particularly formal. We are upscale, but diners are able to relax and have a good time.

WHERE Ala Moana Hotel, 36th Floor, 410 Atkinson Drive

says. “We can accommodate pretty much any type of event or dinner per se, whether it’s a bachelor party or family gathering with children and elders.” The Signature’s menu features prime cut, dryaged beef including Prime Porterhouse ($64.95), a 24-ounce serving prepared by executive chef Ken MacKenzie and his skilled team. Dining Out readers also are invited to try Wagyu Strip ($75), a 10ounce cut of elegantly marbled prime beef that is not listed on the menu, but available for one’s dining pleasure. Stellar seafood selections also reel in the flavor, including Signature Seafood Tower for Two ($49.95) composed of Maine Lobster, Jumbo

Shrimp Cocktail, New England Sea Scallops and Oysters on the Half Shell. Additionally, each entrée is accompanied by The Signature’s Rustic Truffle Mashed Potatoes. “Our menu isn’t made up of 100 different items. We wanted to keep it simple and make sure that there’s not one item that we’re not very proud of,” Viloria says. “Our steaks are second to

none. We age our beef for 35 to 39 days, and serve steaks with a nice crust that isn’t overpowering.” The Signature serves up after-dinner delights as well, including a decadent dessert cocktail dubbed The Shake ($13). The signature cocktail is presented in a martini glass and features Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua, Godiva chocolate liqueur and vanilla ice

cream, and the alluring concoction is topped with fresh macadamia nuts and cinnamon. “After a big steak dinner, sometimes we can’t have a full dessert, so this offers an ‘adult’ vanilla milkshake that cools and cleanses the palate and keeps the experience going,” Viloria says when describing The Shake. Diners also may look forward to happy hour specials available daily at The Signature from 5 to 6:30 p.m. In addition to enjoying half-off bar menu prices, including Ahi Poke ($14, $7 during happy hour) and Chop Steak over steamed white rice ($20, $10 during happy hour), patrons are treated to assorted drink specials including Red and White Wine of the Month ($7), Finlandia Vodka Martinis ($9) and Miller Light or Budweiser ($4.50). The special menu also features one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails, B.Z.T. ($13, $6.50 during happy hour), which incorporates Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix infused with sriracha and wasabi along with Grey Goose Vodka served up or on the rocks with a slice of crispy bacon. “Customers really feel as though they can make this home,” Viloria says.

og into Dipping Pot.com for a fast, affordable meal that’s healthy, too. Despite its bustling urban location, the light-filled dining room is clean and minimal, and indicates the style of food served at the restaurant: fresh and simply delicious. The hot pot eatery is a perfect pick for those who didn’t have time to pack a lunch, but still want to add

their own touch to a meal. For $11.99, vegetarians, seafood-lovers and carnivores alike will leave with their caches full. Sure to get a lot of hits, the lunch special includes two soup base options, three set course options, an array of extras from the semi-buffet and a side of chawanmushi. So, grab your coworkers and invite them to gather around the pot for a warm meeting.

The lunch menu reads like a short, multiple-choice quiz, so here is your study guide. It’s as easy as ABC. Choose from three different courses: “A” course is beef or pork, “B” course is a mixture of seafood (head-on shrimp, mussel and squid), and “C” course is a mushroom medley (hokio, white, enoki and portabella). Pick from two soups: the basic, clear broth is a homemade shoyu-based soup and the spicy broth is made with chili paste that’s extremely (think sweat-streaming) hot. Finally, select from a variety of other ingredients from the all-you-can-eat semi-buffet. The semi-buffet boasts leafy greens and fresh veggies such as spinach, Chinese cabbage and pumpkin, and other eats including tofu, chicken wonton and imitation lobster rolls. Chawanmushi, a savory scramble of steamed eggs, is served on the side with your hot pot. What you won’t find on the menu: MSG. The lunch special is served daily, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and parking is free. In other news, Dipping Pot.com is soon to multiply; a second restaurant is slated to open around November in Pearl Kai.

However, after receiving the Star-Advertiser’s annual People’s Choice Awards two weeks ago for offering both the Best Chinese Food and Best Dim Sum, Happy Days Chinese Seafood Restaurant owner Lisa Lum continues to beam with pride. As Happy Days approaches its 12th anniversary in August, Lum still smiles at the sight of satisfied customers enjoying a great meal. And, judging from the

bustling restaurant, where dim sum carts whirl around the room and the kitchen buzzes with excitement, loyal diners continue to flock to the eatery in search of their own Happy Days experience. “The food is good, and people leave smiling — they always come back, and we’re very happy to have so many great customers,” Lum says. “They’re so nice, they’re like family. They feel very comfortable when they come here.” Lum and co-owner Yung Sang Chan have been in the business locally for more than three decades, and the pair also runs Nice Day Chinese Seafood Restaurant in Liliha. The duo launched and operated the old Sea Fortune restaurant in Chinatown for 22 years, and after it closed, they opened Happy Days in 2001. “We get old customers coming to this location now, as well as new customers,” says Lum of her loyal diners. “The people are so nice, from the aunties to the grandparents; they come over and over again.” Located in Kaimuki at the corner of Waialae and 11th avenues, Happy Days offers a host of Hong Kong-style Chinese cuisine in a relaxed, family-style setting that features a full bar and private dining room. The restaurant is arranged as an open dining hall, and boasts bright-red

lanterns, large sparkling chandeliers and iconic fish tanks that greet customers at the front door. Happy Days is synonymous with stellar dim sum, with most offerings starting at $2.88 for three pieces, including pork hash, taro, baked manapua, shrimp with spinach, half moons, beef balls, char siu pie and chop suey cake — a mixture of char siu pork and chop suey noodles surrounded by a rich, flaky crust. The dim sum selections are available from the restaurant’s carts from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and can be ordered individually during dinner service. After delving into the vast assortment of dim sum selections, one may choose from more than 250 entrees — many of which are priced at less than $10 — to enjoy individually or share familystyle, including Chinese Chicken Salad ($8.95) and Beef with Broccoli ($9.95). are available, such as Eggplant with Tofu ($9.95). Minute Chicken Cake Noodle ($9.95) is another longtime customer favorite, as the large bed of cake noodles is topped with a hearty helping of chicken and choy sum (Chinese cabbage) then bathed in an oyster sauce that brings all the flavors together. Happy Days is home to a host of regular customers stopping in for a quick lunch, birthday celebration or family get together. Special dinner party menus are available for groups of 10, and range from $189 to $255, depending on the selections desired. The eatery is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., making it the ideal location for a great meal anytime the mood strikes. Additionally, Happy Days offers popular daily specials, including the Lunch Special ($8.95, available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.), which comes with

n the heels of running another well-known local buffet, the owner of Todai, Toru Makino, decided to launch Makino Chaya. “He just went off on his own and he started up Makino Chaya,” explains Makino Chaya president Jo Makino. “He had his own vision and he wanted to go his own way.” The first Makino Chaya opened in downtown Honolulu about a decade ago, soon followed by its current location in Aiea. hen Makino Chaya first opened its doors about 10 years ago, it immediately caused something of a stir on the local dining scene. The all-you-can-eat buffet features an expansive selection of Japanese and local cuisine. The seafood — especially the crab — has been a main draw among customers for years. “We are pretty much known for our crab,” says restaurant president Jo Makino. “We have king crab, snow crab, Dungeness crab and soft-shell crab.” When describing what he thinks makes Makino Chaya’s crab so special, Makino’s answer is simple: “Well, it’s all-you-can-eat.”

Other fish selections include salmon, miso butterfish, mahi mahi and fresh half-shell oysters. The weekend buffet includes an expanded seafood collection, featuring additional selections. The extensive buffet also includes a sushi bar, which features ahi, salmon, hamachi, uni, ikura, spicy tuna roll, California roll, soft-shell crab roll and unagi, as well as sashimi. Another feature is a teppanyaki station, which serves rib-eye steak

rant industry as far back as he can remember. Much of his extended family owns restaurants locally and on the Mainland. As the nephew of the original owner of Makino Chaya, the path to his current position as the restaurant’s president seemed natural. Today, the restaurant’s main draw is the all-you-can-eat buffet, but what some diners might not know is that in addition to the buffet, there also is a made-to-order menu. One popular item on the menu is king crab. “The king crab is on the menu, so as soon as they order it, we actually steam it and then it comes fresh to the table.” Other made-to-order dishes from the menu include various udon items.

and Maine lobster. Most recently, the restaurant has added even more options. Just last week, Makino Chaya introduced yet another station — a ramen station that serves tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen. “There are all kinds of garnishes on top, as well as some on the side so people can grab the garnishes themselves,” Makino explains. “These include char siu pork, sesame seeds, corn and bamboo shoots.” If you’ve still got room for dessert, Makino Chaya has a selection of treats from JJ Bistro, as well as a chocolate fountain and fresh fruits. tep into a world of colors and flavors at The Mandalay on Alakea Street in bustling downtown Honolulu. Known for its dim sum and elegant interior, The Mandalay also offers up some amazing treats that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Mango Pudding ($3 individual, $30 party size) packs incredible flavor in adorable packages. Super-size your Mango Pudding for special occasions and parties. (The Mandalay is able to accommodate parties of up to 350 people, with private rooms that can hold up to 50 people.) The chefs at The Mandalay created a koi fish pudding that seemingly swims in lime gelatin. “A lot of people order this for parties,” explains manager Linda Chan, who notes that this delectable treat must be pre-ordered. “It’s not only the presentation, people also like the taste. There’s a sweet and sour

taste, and people normally order this for good luck.” The individual pudding size is made out of the same ingredients, and Chan says it’s a popular

1

item during Valentine’s Day. Baked Sweet Cream Bun ($3.50, three pieces) houses a sweet custard on the inside. On top of each bun is another layer of flour mixed with sugar. Chan explains that the bun is baked, and the top layer is added and baked again. The process allows for a flaky and 2 crunchy exterior that pairs well with the custard filling. For those seeking a chewy texture, Coconut and Peanut Mochi ($2.50, three pieces) will fulfill that need. “This is our chef’s cre-

ation,” Chan says. “Japanese have mochi with red bean or lotus seed (paste). People like the coconut flavor, and it’s crunchy.” Other desserts on the menu include BBQ Pork Pastry ($3.50), Almond Tofu with Fruit Cocktail ($3.50) and Steamed Sponge Cake ($2.50). Location is everything, and The Mandalay is a convenient and splendid place to celebrate special occasions or to have lunch with co-workers and friends. Dim sum-style desserts are perfect for sharing, so head down with family and friends to try excellent Hong Kong- and Cantonese-style cuisine before indulging your sweet tooth.

Starting this month, Seoul Garden Yakiniku invites all to take part in celebrating its 10th anniversary with an all-you-can-eat feast of traditional yakiniku. “We are extremely proud of the quality of our dishes, especially our meats,” says Yun Hee Im, owner of Seoul Garden Yakiniku. “Since we opened, we have been fortunate enough to receive a lot of support from diners who know All-you-can-eat Yakiniku Set ($16.95 for lunch, $22.95 or $28.95 for dinner)

good food and understand the value of customer service.” For the past decade, Seoul Garden Yakiniku has become a popular destination for patrons ranging from local residents to businessmen and honeymooners. “We have come to appreciate the power of word-of-mouth and the Internet,” says Im. “Most of our business is from those who have heard about our restaurant through friends or blogs.” With the 10th anniversary milestone upon it, Seoul Garden anticipates the all-you-can-eat barbecue will allow customers to see and taste more of what the menu has to offer. The meal,

Aside from its abundantly appetizing menu, Seoul Garden stands to impress its customers with its visually appealing layout.
