Basic Sport Party
HENDERSON RECREATION CENTRE BIRTHDAY PARTIES
HENDERSON GYM & BOUNCY CASTLE PARTY
(Age one to eight years) $238
Rent the Henderson Gymnasium for an hour of birthday fun with up to a maximum of 20 children (and 20 adults), followed by an hour in the party room. There are a variety of activities available including basketball, soccer, preschool ride ’em cars, floor hockey and of course, the Bouncy Castle. The booking adult must be always present at the party.

OAK BAY RECREATION CENTRE SPORT BIRTHDAY PARTIES
All parties include one hour in a party room and one hour in the respective activity area. The booking adult must be always present at the party. Only water is permitted on the indoor turf. Food and drink are not permitted in the activity areas. The party room only includes tables and chairs. Please bring your own food, plates, cutlery, candles and matches, etc. The staff member will assist in clean-up. Remember to take everything you bring. There will not be early access to set-up the party room or store supplies. There is no freezer for an ice cream cake, we recommend you bring cakes or cupcakes.

BASIC SPORTS PARTY
(Age six years and up)
The Indoor Sports Field will be set up by the staff. You can run the games or activities yourself. • One staff member will attend. • There can be a maximum of 20 children.
Bubble Soccer Party
BUBBLE SOCCER
(Age six years and up) $300
The Bubble Soccer Party staff member organizes the kids into three to four teams so that some groups are always resting. They will play half- or full-field games depending on the age of the kids. If the kids get too tired with the basic bubble soccer games the staff will organize full obstacle races or silly games while in the bubbles to create new fun activities. The bubbles are adult-sized but have adjustable straps to fit almost any size! • One staff member is included to run and facilitate the setup, play time and take down. • There can be a maximum of 20 children.
SPORTS OF ALL SORTS PARTY $300 (Age six years and up)
The Birthday Party staff member organizes the kids into two or three teams so that one group is always resting. The staff member will set up the turf in the Indoor Sports Field, explain the rules of the game and demonstrate how to play. Games include dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, tag, California kick ball, soccer, touch football and other games. • The staff member will facilitate the setup, play time and take down. • There can be a maximum of 20 children.
LASER X GUNS LASER TAG PARTY $300 (Age six years and up)
Staff strategically lay out spots with the six soccer nets flat on the ground with camouflage tarps over them to create bunkers and hiding spots. The staff will create two to four teams, depending on numbers, so that one team can rest every third or fourth game. Players learn how the guns work, have some practice time, and then the lights go off and the fun begins. It is never 100% dark. There are two facility emergency lights that cannot be turned off which generate enough light to allow the players to see well enough to avoid running into each other or objects. • One staff member is included to run and facilitate the setup, play time and take down. • There can be a maximum of 20 children. 18 Nerf Shooter Party
NERF SHOOTER PARTY
(Age six years and up) $300
You bring the Nerf shooters, and we supply all the darts and safety glasses. The Nerf Shooter Party staff member will strategically lay out six soccer nets flat on the ground with camouflage tarps over them to create bunkers and hiding spots. The staff member will organize kids into two to four teams depending on numbers. They will play multiple organized ‘battle games’ followed by some target practice challenges, or the party kids and parents can run their own types of games. No other supplies or games provided. The staff member will provide help with basic clean up after the party. • Regular Nerf guns and darts are provided. • Safety glasses are provided. • One staff member is included to run and facilitate the setup, play time and take down. • There can be a maximum of 20 children.
ICE HOCKEY PARTY $443
Available in April-August. (Age six years and up)
The ice will be set up with nets and pucks, and pinnies will be included for use. • One staff member will attend. • For an additional $52, the staff member will run and facilitate pre-planned games and activities. • There can be a maximum of 20 children. • Parties are booked based on ice availability. YOUTH PARTIES
Youth Birthday Parties
Neighbourhood Learning Centre (Youth Centre)
All parties include two hours of fun at the Youth Centre. The first hour is dedicated to your selected theme. The second hour is open time to have cake, to visit with friends, enjoy billiards, foosball, table tennis, and more! All parties include one staff member. The booking adult must always be present at the party. The Youth Centre kitchen is available and includes a stove, oven, sink, fridge and freezer. Please bring your own food, plates, cutlery, candles, etc. The staff member will assist with clean-up. Please take everything you bring. Early access to set-up the party room is not available.

(Age eight years and up) $125
Minecraft, Fortnite, NHL — whatever your favourite game is, bring it and your console along. Enjoy using the large-screen TV and modular-sofa entertainment space for your gaming party. (Wi-Fi is not available.) • One staff member is included to help set up your console and organize how best to run your gaming party. • There can be a maximum of 20 youth. JEWELLERY PARTY
(Age eight years and up) $300
Hang out with your friends on your birthday. Listen to your favorite music and create fun and personal jewelery. Make your own unique jewelery creations or follow some examples provided by the party staff member. • All jewelry supplies are included. • There can be a maximum of 20 youth. SPA PARTY
(Age eight years and up) $300
Enjoy the ultimate spa experience for your birthday. Your Spa Party staff member will lead you and your friends though fun spa stations, including making bath bombs, doing face masks, and creating the best nail designs. • Spa supplies are included. • There can be a maximum of 15 youth. TABLE-TENNIS/FOOSBALL/POOL TABLE TOURNAMENT PARTY $125
(Age eight years and up)
Have fun in a supervised and organized round robin tournament including all 3 table sports for your birthday! All three table games run consecutively so all kids are playing at once. In the end one team will emerge at the top or no score can be recorded at all! • Table game equipment is provided. • Up to a maximum of 20 youth.
