BLACK & TEAL BALL
The Black and Teal Ball was the first hybrid fundraising event produced by Oakhill. Through live streaming technology, dinners catered by Trezo Mare, charcuterie boxes from Blush Farms, J. Reiger & Co. whiskey and The Outlaw Cigar Co., the Oakhill community at home and traveling experienced first class watch parties near and far as the live auction was live streamed. Meanwhile, the in person party on the top floor at Hotel Kansas City was swinging and fingers flew on mobile devices to out bid one another. This year, the Fund-A-Need enabled us to purchase equipment to livestream all of our events to alumni, friends, and family from the Oakhill gymnasium.
