New Beginning Christian Outreach Ministry has its roots in the humble beginning in the back yard of Rev. and First Lady Paula Williams, Statesboro, GA as Mount Zion Outreach Center; Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Hinesville, GA, under the leadership of M.L. Jackson.

Rev. Williams sensed the call of God to establish a new ministry in January 2011. New Beginning Christian Outreach Ministry was founded and dedicated to God at 24 Joe Kennedy Blvd. Statesboro, GA. The church immediately went to work serving the community and reaching souls and became the headquarters location for Youth Career Camp, Inc. The camp has received awards from Department of Human Services for 3 years of involvement in the Georgia Teen Work Initiative. Since 2011, New Beginnings has expanded their building to include a media room and distribution space which has allotted them to service hundreds of families.

New Beginnings membership falls under the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. The founder is Bishop Paul S. Morton and Bishops Joseph Walker and M. L. Jackson.
