Project design by use a character from “ The happiness of Kati� thai children bookas a house user. Two-stories single house in 1,150 sq.m. site area. According the story Kati born and grow up in a river house in Ayutthaya province for all her life with her grandfather and grandmother. This house is desing for Kati to move to Bangkok with her grandparents. Design concern good vetilation and atmosphere of living. And also good memory.

Linear mass setting according to orientation make most efficiency natural factor and also provide a good ventilation. Then move main mass to the road side to creat peaceful openspace inside the site. Cantilever second floor mass to create shaded area for first floor and to saperate a huge surface that face to the road and garden side. House contain 2 type of private bedroom, for elder people and teenager. First for elder located on the groung level and seperate the bedroom out of main house. Second floor Bedroom for Kati’s and grest bedroom. Then a design add in a pavilion with refer to the old riverside house where many old memory take place. The pavilion set in a location that can see from any point of the house.

Commercial Store 1,100 sq.m. Thong Lo 10, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok
Flagship store for Harley-Davidson clothing and cafe located on Thong lo 10. This shop require 3 main functions, shop, cafe and office. Clothing showroom devided in 3 zones for each product line. About the cafe for Harley’s flagship customer which also take place as a rider meeting place. The desing add in 10 bike parking lots at the front of the cafe. For riders to easily looking and showing there bike.Tunnel like entrance design for brought an experience of bike exhaust resonance s ound which Harley rider like to enjoy. Building structure devide by zoning steel use in showroom function and concrete for others. At showroom mass pushshowroom boundary back to brought up steel structure which represent Harley’s motorcycle design as a naked bike (uncoveredstructure and mechanic part)

Site located in Thong lo 10 Road with 40 meters street front. People mostly transport in the area by vehicle just only a few do walk. So design firstly consern about window display to expand fully fit to road side for creat an attractive howroom display. By trying to make the difference approch view from road. The other showroom nearby is use to display as near the road as possible.
That way allow people to easily see there product. But as told, this road is just a few pedestrian and people in a car is go pass the display quite fast so this design choose to set showroom back and rise up to second floor to creat space between road and building. Which set itself difference from the other in view angle and distance.
OPEN SPACE
Harley-Davidson Cafe in the other country mostly be a rider meeting place and event area. To create a space for those event this flagship provide a large open space in the middle of the building which can be a courtyard for extension (back of the side is a own extension area).
Between building and road is a slope landscape for hide a car park zone brought pure architecture look from road which also link ground level to showroom to improve the continuitie between 2 diffrences level.

Insee Training Center Honorable Mention SCCC Design Contest Year 3 Final Project of Semester 1 Building Type Area Location
Training Facility and Residence 12,000 sq.m. Ming Mongkol Park, Mittraphap Road, Thap Kwang, Kaeng Koi, Saraburi
Project site located in Siam City Cement Copamy’s(Insee cement )property back of Ming Mongkol park, Insee Public Park and Learning center in Insee cement industrial area. Contain 2 main purpose first a exhibition area open to public and Insee staff training facility for long period seminar. This center require varies size of seminar room, 30,60 and 200 seats seminar room, and 40 bedrooms and 4 suits. Design stard by focus on most efficent way to arrange a circulation together by make main axis along the long side of the building. The long axis avoid repeating a same space over and over by creat a chang atmosphere such as light or dim, far clip or short clip view and direct or indirect light. By mixed those element make this axis varies of mood and brought a excitement all along the way.

Design start with list up all the program required. Catagorize into 2 types of program usage, one open function that activites can be react with outside as an open function and the other a activities that need close space such as seminar room. By those 2 types rearrange into 2 side of the building seperated by main circulation that run along the building. The space of the main circulation organized by rythm of shaded and lighted to make a viries of experience when walk along the way. On the site plan building set in the conner of the side to provide large area for a future devolope that connect directly to main road. And use that provided area as a view by rotate building for maximum view range. Also back of house rotated to fit to the site region.

Building first floor plan design by arrange function in amount of linear shape by it relation. Then link all those linear things together this process use crossing method to shorten walk by select the linear cross point to creat a shortcut to walk through linear short side instead of walk from end to end.

Vientaine Bus Station Year 3 Midterm Project of Semester 2 Building Type Area Location
Transportation Hub 7,500 sq.m. 13 Avenue Kaysone Phomvihane, Vientiane Prefeature, Laos
A preparation for more transportation need for AEC. Vientiane has to build a replacement south line bus terminal. This new building require 20 departure and 5 arrival bus platform. And huge parking space for 4 difference uses, 75 bus , 50 taxis , 80 personal cars and 170 motorcycles. The design focus on circulation and wide-span structure. The vehicle circulation design for completely seperate bus from passenger car. Passenger circulation design’s avoided crossing bus lane which decrease time for manage people. Wide-span structure cover all main hall detach itself to create clerestory window-like to brought in a natural light instead of using skylight and also good for ventilation.

By able to access from 2 differences street. Site is splited in to 2 parts for divide zoning for each vechicle types. The lower part for passenger use and upper part for station use. So the first setting in site is the passenger hall and terminal. Divide terminal into 2 parts for arrival and departure. Then detach each other to create bus circulation (right-hand drive). So the bus main circulation is a physical seperator for each part. Extend the arrival platform to it’s required to aviod people crossing bus circulation the overcross build to connect the arrival terminal to the main hall second floor. From that point passenger can directly connect to passenger pick up point.
Continuous gable roof risk of leaking is the gutter.
Decreasing weak area of the roof to fit wide-span tropical use.
By maximum decreasing it’s leave a void on surface.
Fill the surface to create a module of wide-span roof.

Pink Park Year 4 Midterm Project of Semester 1 Building Type Area Location
Healthcare Facility 15,000 sq.m. 52 Soi Kheha Chumchon Nong Chok, Khu FangNuea, Nong Chok, Bangkok
Pink Park project is a breast cancer center, cancer labolatory and 64 rooms for nursing house. Project has devided into 2 main parts, cancer center and dormitory. This breast cancer center is not a clinic only primary specify and patient seperation. And dormitory for patient who waiting for the test result and those who passed 3 level and can’t treat anymore so this dorm is a last house for some patient. One part of residence part is a common area form main canteen where patient eating with there guest and a place for volunteer activities. The patient dormitory part set close to each other for easy organization and working for nurse and other staff. By face the building together it need a gap to make little privacy in room. That gap design as a garden with a 3-5 meter high tree to be an sight block from oppersite room. The garden also be an open space for brought patient out of there room to walk and have a social reaction.

Site is a narrow line shape along the north-south direction. Site diamention 1,100 x 190 meter which estimated building area requirmnet is less that 1/10 of all area.
So vehicle circilation is designed easy managing land use for project in the future. Seperated in 2 part the red line for public circulation and red for service way that can be cover all sit long and link to the fuctions between.
Create a main Circulation for link all the building together which also can be extend.
Building setting in the site is arrange by orientation to make a eco-friendly building.

Hanoi Creative Park is a one of nine building in one development project located in new business district of Hanoi. First about master plan ,unlike large scale new devolopment that normaly devolope only a network in their property, this whole estate main idea to merge network of existing urban surrounding to create seamless neighborhood connecting around and throught the site. This Creative Park is a first design center in hanoi so the program arranging and a relationship from building to city have to comunicating that what is this creative park and what activites people can do here. Hanoi Creative Park consis a program of library, exhibition, working space, workshop, seminar, design store and design center office.

This Project is a Development project of Siam square a district well known for shopping, eating and recreating. This area located in central area of Bangkok also an intersection of Bangkok mass transit. Siam square is a low rise shopping area for a long time but by urban development trend Siam has to make some change. Focusing on merge high density building into an area rich in their own urban character. And also connect ground of Siam to second ground level, a skywalk. Also create public space and expose activities inside Siam out to the city.

Siam square is a low rise commercial area located in a core area of Bangkok. Beside the BTS ( mass transit station ) main station. The surrounding building have devoloped to be a high density shopping complex Siam square just start to transform boader block which accessible from public road to devolope to be a large building. Studying about context show that organiztion of Siam square is a block and avenue that have different charactor form store type and composion of planning. Avenue that surround by store like fashion, gift shop and cosmetic store tend to be more lively than massage, food shop and clinic, according to shopping behavior to shop catagory. The avenue that have storefront facing is more crowded than half facing avenue. The 6th avenue, avenue in west of the site, is one of the less crowded avenue in Siam square by half occupy by hotel and side of shophouse leaving other side operation alone.

Siam square circulation has a allay that cut through the shophouse use as a short cut to the other side of the block and also as a allay for vendoring. By concern about Siam square circulation system to build large scale building which require large area as a building core. So in core area design typically lay in the middle of the office building move to west side, for work as a barrier from heat and open up clear space in a narrow site, and press to thin for easily walking through. On ground floor the space that clear up will be a public space for Siam square. Classify function in building core in to type and arrange those type system and material. Some type that can be remove from the
ground floor will be remove for create an entrance to create public flow. Office planning typically for rental office depth from skin to inside wall is 8-12 meters depend on floor height for lighting and working layout issue. By study demand of office rental in site area mostly rent in a large are so the too much flexibility of small unit oraganization make waste space by renting in large unit so design reduce flexibility by organize in 2 size of unit devided into a set by a ratio of rent to minimized circulation and also improving lighting quality. And finally mirror the last set to complete building conceptual form which also create 2 different spaces between tower.

This project focus in design process which start with study thai historical building element and apply to design new building by reorganize that element by design in mathematic format, generating code and study posibility. Thai building we have choosen is Loha Prasat, part of Wat Ratcha Natdaram design start with study the circulation type and organizing. Rearrange those circulation by code circulation and create system that base on Wat Ratcha Natdaram organization for put in a code to create all the posibility of circulation in new system to explore as tool for generating complexity in space. Loha Prasat is a Buddhist architecture in Wat Raja Naddaram Woravihara, Buddhist temple located in old town area of Bangkok. The building is about creating an environment of Buddhism teaching captures three processes of mind developement which are virtue, concentration and wisdom. By the organization itself is also used as a meditation space and a study space for monk. Laha Prasat floor planning is offsetting inside region every floor so there are a sets of different lenght circulation group. And each floor has a radius-like hirache so each group of lenght come with a varies height and shape.

Design start with a idea of bring back an old atmosphere of site before construct a house. According to house architect, site if use to be full fo rain tree and itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s make a light bokeh on ground. After the house have constructed that effect is gone so this idea is focus on lighting effect. Meterial select is 2 type of perforated steel with diffrent in hole size and gap. To make a man made meterial become more unpredictable pattren which help the effect look more like netural one. Ramp path inside is help linking diffrent level of each side while the exterior keep form look complete and going with house design.

Compitition project assignment of 9 sq.m. public use and use Conwood Product as a main material ,fiber cement plank a product of the competition organizer brand. Design start by seek an area that is a fence on main street side in a prime area which waste of city access to activies and fill that activies blank space with a foldable pavillion to support an public activities such as sitting, eating and vendoring. The idea of foldble activities start with Bangkok street culture that people define and use public space by simple plane combine with a footpath in Bangkok that already fit to scale inneed of a rush hour so to prepare a street furniture and not to interrupt the people flow itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s have to be foldable.

Compitition assignment a project that design an architecture for an up coming future. This proposal is a housing that located in the middle of the street from the issue of an autonomous vehical and a rapid urbanization. By those issue first the about a change of a replacement of vehical system whice have fully operated by a computer is more efficient traffic, need less space for car and less polution so the road is will be more friendly to live with. Another issue the rapid urbanization by many studied and prediction that by 2050 more than 60 percent of population will live in city. The design deal with the space that city got back from road surface transfer to serve a need of residencial for urban life.

The road that less than 26 meter wide the space that got back from road isâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t enough to build ahousing and mosty this type of road is a local road or feeder by use that space city got back to be an openspace or wider footpath is good enough but in larger scale main street some of it will use as a housing to humanized city main road in term of activities and improve living quality. The site selection of the project is one of Bangkok main road the Rama 4 road the 40 meter wide road.

Among the curvy landscape of Chao Phraya River flow through Bangkok there is a huge green space that call Bang Krachao also known as a green lung of Bangkok. Bang Krachao is preserve to be a green area and have a height limit of building at 15 meter. But by looking at Bang Krachao nowaday many part of this green preserved space occupy by a building with less than 15 meter height control is that agood idea of preserve an openspace? One part of this proposal is the argument for those kind of regulation that by unlock a height control and compess a inhabitat footprint area stack up in the are with the same number of inhabitant save more green space. Bang Kachao is a area consist of housing and recreation activities rich in a context of nature. In the upcoming future electric car or may be hydrogen car will fully occcpy srteet. Oil depot that settle nearby the city center along the Chao Phraya River mainly supply fuel for combusion car in the city when that day come these land will be unnecessary.

Site is a industrial land on Chao Phraya River most of area are fuel depot and slum. River side of fuel depot is a hard surface bank that make those area not livable for aquatic animal. Bang Kachao main access is at the narrow part on the west side where are higher number of inhabitants. On the other side of the area,the east side, is smaller number of the inhabitants and more green space. The Fuel Tank Housing a new in habitat for people who use to live in a slum near the express way. When it no need of the Fuel depot slum move onto the tank are which is a large open space. Housing build on the top of the tank which devided to two parts in half,half for accomodation and for recreation. Space inside the tank will use as a car parking that will fit for a radius mechanical parking. By rise the building it creat a flow space under that will be a openspace for city.

And a river side space that Bangkok have lost by private gated property and industial used. The Green area from Bang Kachao that been preserve for a long time can start to grown itself to the other side of the river. Merging an area of nature and urban for well being of human and animal.

There are three replicable site with the same condition, industrial reclaim land, a fuel depot that obstruct the connection of the urban to Chao Phaya river and set oppersite to Bang Kachao. If that replicable site have fully transformed to an river connection space for city. And a green area expansion for Bang Kachao the network of living space that will merge to a city, Bang Kachao will become a large green space that have a density of human, plants and animal equally.
