offers clinicians the opportunity to work at one of our two types of programs:
OB Hospitalist Programs
As a clinician at one of our OB hospitalist programs, you’ll be in the hospital 24/7 to perform real-time triage on every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or obstetric emergency department (OBED). Your presence will reduce delays in emergency OB/GYN care, improve outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and support community clinicians.
Maternal Health Access Solutions Programs
As a clinician at one of our Maternal Health Access Solutions programs, you’ll serve in a full-scope role supporting hospitals with call coverage, clinic coverage or backup assistance. Your presence will help patients remain in the community, improve outcomes and support staff and community providers.

OB/GYN Hospitalists
Discover the unparalleled expertise of OBHG hospitalists, dedicated obstetricians focused on handling any OB/ GYN emergency. Collaborating seamlessly with local OB/ GYNs, our hospitalists ensure that every pregnant woman receives expert attention. With flexible scheduling, most of our clinicians work seven to eight 24-hour shifts per month. We have opportunities for board-certified and early-career OB/GYNs. Clinical Leadership Roles
Our clinical leaders not only provide expert patient care but also offer essential guidance to our teams. As integral members of OBHG’s clinical leadership team, our clinical leaders excel in delivering clinical and financial oversight for their programs. Their skills extend to building strong
relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment that ensures the success of both the team and the program.
OBHG Diplomats
Skilled OB/GYNs can embark on a dynamic career with the OBHG Diplomat travel program, launching new programs nationwide. This unique opportunity allows them to work in diverse facilities and settings, earning a salary comparable to private practice. The ideal Diplomat possesses advanced clinical and communication skills, embraces a team-based approach, is adaptable, and has a sense of adventure. Certified Nurse-Midwives & Nurse Practitioners
Because we believe every patient is best served by a team of caregivers, OBHG offers attractive career opportunities for experienced, dedicated CNMs and NPs at select programs.
Our hospital-based nurses are able to focus solely on providing care and education. They enjoy having more time to connect with patients and families.
Maternal Health Access Solutions OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse-Midwives, Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants
OBHG’s Maternal Health Access Solutions clinicians are driven to serve women in underserved communities and ensure women have access to the care they deserve. In these clinical roles, you can work at a hospital clinic, provide on-call hospital coverage, and other services to
women who need your care. The schedule is flexible, and stipends are offered for expenses.
Residents & Early career OB/GYNs
Exceptional OB/GYN clinicians now have the opportunity to step into a dynamic full-time career right out of residency! We offer newly minted OB/GYNs hospital variety (our clinical recruiters will help you find the right fit), mobility, specialized education and simulation training, and mentorship with unparalleled support and guidance to ensure GYN cases for board eligibility.
