I create meaningful customer experiences as a part of service design team at Tata Elxsi, India. An architecture graduate, I have pursued a post graduation in Industrial Design from the Industrial Design Center, IIT Bombay. Having embraced two distinct yet adjacent fields has helped me deepen my knowledge and love for design. Through my work experience at Tata Elxsi I have had a chance to hone my skills not just in industrial design but also in customer experience, design research and user experience design. I strongly believe in empathizing with the user and I try to bring a youthful exuberance to all my projects.
