IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE Their vehicles were total write-offs, but two men were lucky to walk away relatively unscathed from a collision near Breslau Thursday morning, say Maryhill firefighters who responded to the scene. The vehicles were jockeying for position while travelling eastbound on Victoria Street near Spitzig Road, where two lanes merge into one. They collided, subsequently flying off the road into an area around Hopewell Creek. Both drivers were taken to hospital by ambulance as a precaution. Police reported charges have yet to be laid, but the investigation continues.

The goal is to meet with the Minister of Natural Resources to discuss aggregate and with the Minister of
