Eighteen earn certification as ‘Area Local Specialist’
The Coastal Association of REALTORS® (CAR) has announce the successful completion of its second Coastal Area Local Specialist (CALS) certification course, held last month.
This two-day program equips real estate professionals with the specialized knowledge and skills needed to navigate the unique real estate challenges in Worcester, Wicomico, and Somerset counties.

Eighteen participants earned their certificates in this second round of course offerings, bringing our total number of CALS certificate holders to 40.

The Coastal Area Local Specialist Certificate program provides indepth training on the unique challenges and opportunities within coastal regions.
Participants gain advanced knowledge vital for navigating the intricacies of coastal real estate, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.
