Warranty All Software products, distributed by Oceanic Australia comprising Spearguns, Handspears, Masks, Snorkels, Fins, Wetsuits, Hoods, Boots, Gloves and Accessories, when purchased from an Authorised Dealer in Australia, under normal recreational use, are provided with a one (1) year Warranty to cover against any defects in materials and workmanship. Common sense conditions apply. Those conditions are: ·· Loss or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight or deteriorating chemicals. ·· Service or modifications by any person or persons other than an Authorised Oceanic Dealership. ·· The warranty is non transferable and extends to the original purchaser only. It is void if the equipment was purchased from anyone other than an Authorised Oceanic Dealer in Australia. ·· Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Oceanic one year Warranty. ·· To maintain this one year Warranty consumers must maintain possession of a sales receipt for proof of purchase. If returned for service, all product should be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.

orn in 1958, Rob Allen spent his formative years as a fisherman off the coast of South Africa. At 22, while
working for the Natal Sharks Board, Rob decided to get in the water. This experience changed his life forever! It answered many questions he had about the habits of fish, their actions and reactions and the undersea environment in general. Like most spear fishing enthusiasts, Rob was constantly trying new things and modifying his equipment to perform better and eventually began developing his own guns. During this period, Rob was working as a marine ranger while living at Cape Vidal. Here he was able to listen to different ideas and experiences from the many experienced spear fishing enthusiasts who came to Cape Vidal for the big gamefish it had to offer. From these frequent encounters and dive opportunities, Rob was able to test new ideas on the spot. Very soon, Rob was spending every spare moment building spearguns. Eventually in 1988, unable to keep up with the two jobs, he decided to take the plunge and went into building spearguns and accessories commercially. To this day, the Rob Allen brand is synonymous with quality innovation, precision and performance. Australian spear fishermen, for years, have regarded the Rob Allen railguns as one of the best all round range of guns for the varied and extensive conditions that Australian waters have to offer. Continued development and expansion of the line to include items such as spearfishing bags, wetsuits and fins to name a few will ensure the Rob Allen brand continues to be the most well respected and complete spearfishing range available in Australia now and for years to come.
