The Sea Center puts a great emphasis on highlighting marine stewardship through a partnership with the Pfleger Institute of Environmental Research (PIER), a non-profit research group based in Oceanside that supports sustainable recreational and commercial operations. Their newly upgraded building includes a tackle shop, which sells live or frozen bait, snacks and apparel. They are also a fishing license sales agent. After finding a lack of fresh, organic options in town for food and drinks they decided to create their own! Located at 631 South Cleveland Street they are located just two blocks away from the beach and pier. Roots brings local produce to life through cold pressed juices, fresh smoothies, acai bowls, toasts and bagels! Stop in and enjoy the local art and the great vibes! Studio ACE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives through Arts, Community, and Education. Founder/Executive Director Julia Fister worked for many years in nonprofit arts organizations and witnessed firsthand what the power of arts

education can do for people of all ages. Making it her mission to provide affordable and accessible arts education opportunities for the North San Diego County community, Studio ACE was born. Now in its third year, Studio ACE provides an array of arts education offerings through classes in their physical space, programs with Oceanside Unified School District, robust partnerships with community organizations, and providing art making activities at local festivals. The California Surf Museum was founded in 1986 and has been in operation for three decades serving tens of thousands of annual visitors from over 40 nations around the globe.
