The Humanitarian Response Plan has received US$347 million in donor contributions, out of the requested $569 million. While the response plan has received 70 per cent of its target, funding levels across clusters vary. Special attention is therefore required to avoid gaps in the planned humanitarian response across clusters and governorates.
