The sales structure is based on four divisions: Machine and Motors, Panel, Sensors and Safety and finally, Pressure & Flow. We are oganised this way so we can fully use the knowledge and expertise of our technical personnel, making it easy for the customers to pick from our extensive product range.

MACHINE AND MOTORS

Our portfolio is dedicated for machine and equipment manufacturers, end customers, system integrators and special vehicle manufacturers. This product division includes signal towers, sirens and signal lamps, industrial connectors, cables and conduits, enclosures and carrier systems, control systems and displays for vehicles. We carry a wide range of motors including: brushless, DC, stepper, synchronous and asynchronous motors, as well as linear actuators and a wide range of motor electronic controls. We can design new custom products and adapt existing product solutions to specific needs.

PANEL

OEM Automatic supplies products for the construction of industrial automation cabinets and LV switchgear units. Our portfolio includes cabinets and enclosures with necessary equipment like: connectors, cable management systems, grommets, cable glands, insulators, signalling units, power supplies, converters, relays, contactors, counters, remote access solutions, keypads, touchpads and displays. A separate part of this product division is dedicated to rail applications. We provide controllers, I/O modules, signal converters, DC/DC converters, outdoor lighting control modules, sound alarms, energy monitoring and metering systems. Thanks to the close cooperation of our employees with customers and suppliers, OEM Automatic is continually developing this product division.

SENSORS AND SAFETY

We carry a full range of sensors, encoders and safety components, by which we can provide complete solutions for a very wide range of applications in industrial automation. This product division includes products like safety light curtains, laser scanners, safety radars, safety interlock switches, trapped key system, safety edge, pull rope switches, safety relays, programmable safety controllers, as well as encoders. We also have a full range of inductive, photo-optical, ultrasonic and other technologies of sensors. We analyse the customer’s needs end-to-end and provide comprehensive solutions.

PRESSURE & FLOW

We offer products from international brands to machine and plant manufacturers, designers, integrators and end customers in various industries. We sell products such as flow meters, solenoid valves, transducers and pressure and temperature sensors, plugs and cable connectors, level sensors and transducers, vacuum components and all necessary accessories. We carry a special range for the petrochemical, hygiene, pharmaceutical, food and HVAC industries. OEM Automatic partners in this division with state universities, especially their departments of chemistry and physics. We customise our offerings individually to the requirements of specific applications, considering the relevant technical parameters and economic criteria.

AVAILABILITY

We are always close to our customers. Our head office and warehouse are in Warsaw; we also operate two regional sales offices. We provide a clear website, sales engineers available throughout the country and a professional customer support team. We are open to feedback and continuously adapt our offerings to the actual needs of our customers. We are always here to help.

LOGISTICS

Precision and on-time delivery are our priorities. OEM Automatic is constantly developing its logistics system to ensure the best possible level of service. Customers can be assured that the right product will arrive in good time and that delivery will be fulfilled in their preferred way.

Our logistics centre is in Tranås, Sweden, and is the central logistics hub for the entire OEM Group. In Poland, the main warehouse is in Warsaw. Thanks to this location, we can swiftly handle customer orders from all over the country.

We have around 30,000 items in stock at the Warsaw warehouse, and its staff fulfils more than 15,000 shipments per year. If you place an order by 12:00 AM, the goods are dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Each year, our sales engineers make around 3,500 customer visits. Face-to-face meetings are key to understanding customer’s problems and needs. Knowledge and experience of our team helps in the selection of the best solutions. The customer service department at OEM Automatic –with the active support of our product managers – provides fast and efficient information on the products in the portfolio, prices and order processing.
