Centralized spare parts stock – fast service Cyncrona has a large centralized warehouse of spare parts for our equipment located in Sweden. As a service we offer 24-hour internet access to our spare parts list.
Training Cyncrona offers training for operators as well as service and production technicians. Alongside the standard training program, we also offer customized training based on the customer’s specific needs and requests. Training is provided in our training facilities or on site at the customer if preferred.

Soldering
All SMT reflow soldering systems guarantee optimum process reliability thanks to following innovative technology: 1. User friendly software and an unique microprocessor controlled level of nitrogen by using lambdasond, (oxygen sensor), for lowest nitrogen consumption 2. Bulk heads reduce the opening down to the minimum: the width of the PCB, reduction of nitrogen and power consumption and clear temperature separation of the zones 3. Patended "Power Nozzle " system for maximum heattransfer and lowest delta T. 4. Easy maintenance by using filter cassettes for cooling zones 1-5 5. ABS cleaning filter is used to filter the process gases from PCB:s and solderpaste.
