Turning cables inside out Conta-Clip is introducing , a new cable entry system that minimises the time required for connecting preformed cables in to cabinets and enclosures. The unique system comprises of only three basic components, frames, inlays and sealing sleeves. Unlike conventional systems that have a split frame that needs to be assembled with the cables before mounting, Conta-Clip’s new solution is based on a robust, but lightweight single unit frame that can be pre mounted.
Thanks to the conical tapering, the sealing sleeves are easily and effortlessly pushed in to the inlays from the inside providing a reliable IP65 seal and strain relief for the cables.
At the same time, the sealing elements can be easily removed again, when new or additional wiring is necessary. This is all achieved without the need to disassemble the whole frame.
A wide choice of inlays can them be inserted and ‘clicked’ in to place from the inside of the cabinet and the populated with up to 42 different inserts to suit your cable requirements.

EMC Issues? Stay grounded with SABK In many industrial applications signal interference immunity is often achieved through the use of screened / shielded cables. Good termination of the cable screen to ground is essential and this can be problematic to achieve using standard terminals or lugs!

USB panel mount connector
This new connector offers a neat solution to any application requiring USB connectivity on the outside of a panel or machine. The connector simply mounts in a diameter 22mm hole and provides a type A connector on the front and the back side. This means you can use any length cable on the inside to match your exact requirement. The plastic cover cap is tethered to the connector so cannot be lost and provides IP65 ingress protection when in place.
