Project planning The road to success We work to a clear project plan comprising of the following five steps. This ensures projects are managed in a controlled manner for the customer, ourselves and the manufacturer to allow a successful conclusion.
Needs analysis
1
The needs analysis is an essential part of the preliminary study. Done in close co-operation with the customer it is documented to understand the full technical and commercial requirements of the project.
2
Based on the needs analysis suitable products are proposed and evaluated with the customer along with the supply of quotations and drawings and finalise targets and time scales agreed.
3
Prototypes are manufactured and tested in the application, checking performance against the project plan and lifetime in its working environment.
4
Project planning
Prototype
Pre-production Upon successful testing and evaluation a pre-production run is done to test and check against the prototype for final technical approval.
Delivery
5
After successful pre-production supply and feedback the project passes on to continuous deliveries with technical and logistic support throughout.
