Construction Machines

OEM Automatic Ltd has brought together a range of products and services designed to improve the performance of construction machines, excavators, or off-highway vehicles.

We offer a number of services to help with the correct selection and testing of products which we carry out on-site, helping the design engineer to select the right product first time.

All the products in this brochure have been chosen for their performance, machine integration and ability to better your machines operation.

We offer a full design and after sales product support structure ensuring our customers have peace of mind at all stages of the product life cycle.

We understand that to get ahead in today’s competitive excavator industry it is important to stand-out from the competition. This could be any number of factors ranging from machine performance, cost, to ‘who has the shortest lead time?’

After the product has been selected we work with the commercial teams to agree a suitable cost level for the solution with an agreed cost-to-performance ratio price range.

The products listed in this brochure are all proven in mobile hydraulic applications in terms of performance and ‘customisation’, or the ability to adapt a product to not only suit, but enhance the application.

Our aim is to offer a cost effective, high performance product, with a high level of supply and service backed up by after-market support.

Service, analysis and test To support our product ranges we offer our customers additional services to assist the design and specification for the correct part for the correct application. Part of this added value service is the ‘parts kitting’ solution. It will include the items a customer needs to arrive in one delivery package enabling a section of a machine to be built maintaining an efficient production flow. We bag items and print bar codes, part numbers and even your company logo if required. This is popular with customers

Full UKAS certification

We have mobile pressure analysis equipment to use at your production or research & development areas. Installed directly into the pressure line of the machine, without interrupting normal operation, it is an effective method of viewing the system’s pressure condition during operation, thus enabling us to recommend the best pressure sensor or switch for the application.

offering an original spares package with their machine. We have a free switch setting service and can set switch points up to 400 bar with hysteresis. Because many switch applications are controlling extremes of system pressure or used to indicate emergency high/low pressure, it is often crucial the switches are supplied pre-set. To set a switch once installed may put the machine into damaging and/or dangerous operating modes.

Pressure switch and sensor testing

We have UKAS certified test equipment for pressure sensors and switches, producing details of the product’s performance at pre-set parameters giving fast and accurate alerts to any possible issues. Thus allowing us to resolve any problems quickly, keeping machine downtime to a minimum.
