T90, 15…60 s • Built-in display Inductive conductivity meter ILM-4 With ILM-4 it is possible to directly measure the concentration of a medium which can effectively improve the CIP cleaning process and thereby also be economically advantageous.

With an accuracy of ± 0.2% ± 1cm, the FMI exceeds the high expectations of the food and beverage industries as well as with product life span and cleaning; the FMI is also low maintenance and is available with all necessary certification for food and pharmaceutical applications.

MIXPROOF VEOX • New innovative design • Reduced number of packs • New seal ensures high performance and long life • Fast, easy service • Mixproof valve with multi body. VEOX INNOVATIVE MIX PROOF VALVE OEM introduces the innovative concept of the new VEOX Mixproof from Definox, meeting the strongest requirements of process technology and is the ideal solution for food, brewery and cosmetics processes! The Mixproof valve is fitted with two valve seats, each with a "floating" PFA seal in a special slot that makes the valve extremely easy to clean. When the valve opens, the "floating" PFA seal allows cleaning in the track behind the PFA seal. The elastomeric structure of the PFA seal also ensures that the surface is not porous and does not develop cracks and is extremely resistant to chemical media. The Mixproof valve is also available with leak-free opening: Sliding gaskets that guarantee complete tightness and therefore avoid product loss during opening. The Mixproof valve is also available as a tank outlet valve which isolates the tank from the rest of the process. The shape of the body and the valve seat ensures that the flow can be maintained with the same functions with floating gaskets.

Definox® Pigging valve: Developed in accordance with hygiene guidelines for the high standards of process technology and based on the same design principle as Defionx’s other valves. Main application of pigging valve is for pigging systems, as the valves are particularly suitable for CIP cleaning and easy and quick installation. Definox® Pigging Systems: Ideally suited for processes with high viscosity, fast hardening media, e.g., yogurt, dressing, cheese, chocolate, toothpaste etc. With Definox® pigging valve you get a full integrated valve solution. So additional sources of contamination of valve and pipe systems have been eliminated. Other benefits are easy maintenance and quick installation.
