Dear Alumni, Welcome to the inaugural Belmont Entrepreneur Awards! We’ve been watching as you’ve grown your business and are honored to recognize you as one of Belmont University’s Top 100 Founders. The Center for Entrepreneurship was founded in 2004 to support our students’ growing interest in entrepreneurship. Working with students from all majors across campus, the Center provides hands-on resources to help founders see their ideas come to life. Today, we offer programming outside of the classroom to guide students through every phase of the entrepreneurial journey, from ideation to growth. My goal is to inspire and equip any student who dreams of making their idea a reality. Whether you found guidance through the Center for Entrepreneurship while you were a student or were here before we had these resources, we are proud to recognize the entrepreneurial spirit of the Belmont community. Over the last 5 years, the Center for Entrepreneurship has taken on the task of completing a robust alumni entrepreneur database. From our research, we know that Belmont alumni have started over 500 businesses in 74 cities and 5 countries around the world.
