BETTY WISEMAN MISSION FUND
BETTY WISEMAN MISSION FUND Due to the support of the Betty Wiseman Mission Fund, hundreds of studentathletes, coaches and staff have been able to serve the world with God’s love across nearly 40 different Belmont athletic mission trips. The Betty Wiseman Mission Fund exists solely to help our student-athletes serve on these mission trips each year. We recently celebrated the 25th year of Betty’s mission trips.
These amazing trips are still making an eternal impact on our student-athletes’ faith journeys, just as they did in 1995 when Betty Wiseman first took a group of Belmont basketball players to Poland. We are looking forward to providing these mission trip experiences again starting this Fall after being unable to serve others on these trips in 2020 due to COVID-19.
As of April 7, 2021 the Betty Wiseman Mission Fund has received 178 gifts, pledges and pledge payments from 63 donors, resulting in over $20,000 raised to the fund this fiscal year alone.
