A C C E L E R AT E D M A S T E R O F B U S I N E S S A D M I N I S T R AT I O N The Accelerated Master of Business Administration (AMBA) program is designed for new and recent college graduates with little to no professional experience. The program is full-time, competitive, high-commitment and puts emerging professionals on the fast track to success. AMBA students typically enter the program immediately after completing an undergraduate degree. The Accelerated MBA program begins in the fall semester with a cohort group of students who complete the program the following summer, for 12 months total. H E A LT H C A R E M A S T E R O F B U S I N E S S A D M I N I S T R AT I O N The Healthcare Master of Business Administration (HCMBA) was created by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals. HCMBA students are required to have a minimum of two years of significant healthcare work experience. The part-time, evening format is designed for working professionals and classes generally meet two evenings per week, over the course of two years. Students can be admitted year-round, and cohort groups begin studies in the fall semester. Massey’s HCMBA program also includes an eight to ten day international residency. The HCMBA curriculum is a balanced blend of MBA (e.g., corporate financial and managerial accounting, marketing management, strategic management) and healthcare management-specific courses (e.g., leading complex healthcare organizations, healthcare quality improvement and patient-centered care, healthcare informatics). The entire program focuses on the application of healthcare business best practices, including courses with hands-on learning projects with area healthcare companies. STUDY ABROAD Study abroad is a requirement for all Massey Graduate School of Business students. Residencies average ten days, with destinations around the globe.
