GLOBAL LEADERSHIP STUDIES DEGREE PROGR AM DETAILS Global Leadership Studies (GLS) offers you the ability to change the world in very unique ways. As an innovative and interdisciplinary degree, GLS equips you with the skills and knowledge to take your passion for making the world a better place and shape your ideal global career and leadership path in a rapidly changing world. You’ll engage with different people, ideologies and cultures through challenging, yet rewarding, academic courses and experiences. You’ll become fluent in leadership, global awareness and cultural identity, preparing you to work in a variety of organizations that operate across cultural, ideological and geographical boundaries.

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP STUDIES CURRICULUM The B.A. or B.S. in Global Leadership Studies consists of a minimum of 128 credit hours, including BELL Core general education requirements. The global leadership studies degree prepares students to engage with different people, ideologies and cultures through challenging, yet rewarding, academic courses and experiences, including study abroad. Students in this program will complete a set of Global Leadership Studies Prerequisite and Core Courses, as well as an Area Emphasis in Communication and Psychology, Political Science, Religion, Business or History and Humanities. Students take seven courses in the Area Emphasis, with a minimum of one course from each area. A minor is also required.
