“Working alongside the Head of Sony/ATV Nashville and co-founder of THiS Music, Rusty Gaston, we focus on managing our roster of songwriters from booking their calendars to strategically positioning them and their songs for success. If it weren’t for a paper I had to write for my Survey of Music Business class, I may have never met Rusty. I interviewed him for a final paper that semester, which turned into an internship, which turned into my position here at THiS today!”
