Why Do Unions Hire Students?


• Students are a vital part of how the Oglesby Union is run. • Without student employees, the Union would not function like it does. • The Union and Campus Rec employ more students than any other department within Student Affairs.


• Students give a student face to the Union They reinforce the fact that the union is for students, by students.

• Student employees give Union Administration direct access to the Student Perspective

That priority is: • Students of Florida State University • Florida State University faculty & staff • University-related organizations
