Musical Theater The BFA in musical theater is a more focused course of study (in voice, acting and dance), yet it is still grounded in a liberal arts education that prepares students to be working professionals. International Theater Production The BFA in international theater production focuses on the areas of theatrical design, production and stage management, including the many variations of theatrical practice that occur in different areas of the world. Double majors with other academic programs are permitted. Dance Dance is a minor program open to all students regardless of their choice of major. Classes in tap, ballet, modern and jazz have an average of eight students per class and a strong emphasis on student/faculty interaction. Music The music department offers a Bachelor of Music in music education and performance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in music with concentrations in music history and literature, music theory and composition, and applied studies. Arts management is available as a minor through the music department.

The Visual Arts ONU’s art and design program gives students opportunities to pursue creative interests in ceramics, printmaking, photography, sculpture, drawing, painting and multimedia.
