STUDYING AT BANGOR UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE Bangor University International College (BUIC) is a specialist embedded college offering integrated programmes, where international students can begin their studies at Bangor University. BUIC delivers the first stages of the International Incorporated Bachelors and the International Incorporated Masters. CONTINUE ONTO YOUR CHOSEN DEGREE

Following successful completion of stage 1 at Bangor University International College, you will continue your studies directly with Bangor University. The University has a wide range of fantastic and highly regarded programmes in subjects ranging from banking and finance to psychology.

We offer two levels of programme at Bangor University International College: The International Incorporated Bachelors (IIB), and the International Incorporated Masters (IIM).

Bangor University International College delivers the first stage of your IIB or IIM. Within IIB, there are two programmes, known as International Year Zero (IYZ) and International Year One (IY1).

INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED MASTERS (IIM) International Incorporated Masters (IIM) at Bangor University International College is an integrated programme, providing either one term (11 weeks) or 2 terms (22 weeks) of preparation for entry into a 1-year master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business at Bangor University.

STUDENT EXPERIENCE MODERN STUDENT ACCOMMODATION Our student villages provide modern living and are a short walk from both the university and the city centre. Our accommodation is so good it was named number one in the UK in the Whatuni Student Choice Awards 2018. We can guarantee accommodation to most new International students (see our website for the conditions bangor.ac.uk/accommodation/guaranteeaccommodation). A friendly, student-centred place to study Bangor’s size and friendly nature mean it’s easy to get to know people and our students tend to settle-in easily. entertainment for students. A major plus at Bangor is that student

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Below is a list of academic entry requirements. We accept qualifications from many other countries. You will also have to meet the English language requirements as stated on the course pages. These requirements are indicative only and subject to change. Each application is dealt with on an individual basis. UK

Successful Completion of a degree or 3 year diploma equivalent, or a minimum of 15 years education. UK 3rd Class Degree holders can be considered onto the one term (3 months) IIM. If Degree is Ordinary, students must have work experience in order to be accepted onto the one term IIM

Applying with us is easy. As a prospective student you need to complete the application form and return it to your local representative. The application will need to include copies of all relevant academic transcripts and certificates of English language qualifications. Application form
