A true believer of climate change, Mr. Nelson Lee has led an impressive career in environmental sustainability and engineering for 32 years. His passion for helping organizations adapt to climate change, reduce their carbon footprint, and capture climate change market benefits is evident in his work at Green Sky Sustainability Consulting Inc. In pursuit of costeffectively mitigating the effects of climate change through offsetting and other innovative initiatives, Mr. Lee provides environmental consulting and auditing. He utilizes his certified GHG Verifier designation to ensure that you and your company meet regulatory compliance and sustainability targets.

To achieve his education, Mr. Lee received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Alberta in 1979. He went on to attend the University of British Columbia and earned his Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering in 1988. Later, he received a certificate signed by Al Gore for his completed work with the Climate Reality Project in 2012, an External Auditor Certificate by the Alberta Safety Council in 2015, and a Certificate in Business Strategies for Environmental Sustainability in 2008.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lee excelled in various other positions, including successfully building a sustainability services practice as a Sustainability Services and Business Development Director at Tetra Tech EBA for over five years. During his time at Tetra Tech, he hired and mentored multi-office GHG verification teams; led environment, health, and safety audits that confirmed regulatory compliance, and minimized corporate risk, enabling clients to receive funding or insurance premium discounts. Prior to this, he also worked at Keystone Environmental Ltd. as the Senior Environmental and Sustainability Project Manager. He provided environment, health, safety, and quality management systems services, and more.

When he is not working, Mr. Lee enjoys studying climate change. He also dedicates his time to the First Baptist Church, where he has served as a Men’s Bible Study Leader, Welcome Desk Coordinator, a Board Member, and Liasion to the Children, Youth, and Family Ministry Area Team.

Guillermo Carlesso

Guillermo Carlesso is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Achiever for his work in the field of Mechanical Production and in recognition of his work at AGC Machine Corp.

With over 40 years as a Machinist, Guillermo Carlesso is a respected name in Mechanical Production. Mr. Carlesso founded AGC Machine Corp in 2005. The company is currently located in a 12,000 square foot facility in Long Island, NY. They provide superior customer service with costeffective and personalized services for businesses of all sizes.

AGC Machine Corp. serves many industries, including aerospace, architecture and bridges, oil and water pumps, packing systems, printing industry, robotics, and rail measurement systems. To create in-house custom orders, Mr. Carlesso and his team have an ample supply of high-quality alloys, bronze, brass, carbon steel, and more. He is used to quick-turnaround projects and personalized services to match any job. In addition to manufacturing metal components, AGC Machine Corp. also offers testing, finishing, assembly, and final integrations of products. Mr. Carlesso loves a challenge, and enjoys making custom parts that are hard for companies to find. He recently created a part in three weeks, which was supposed to have taken six months to manufacture. His four-person team is comprised of top engineers and technicians with experience in creating top-quality products that comply with rigorous industry standards.

He is proud to have doubled the size of his business from when he first began in 2005, growing the plant size from 6,000 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft. With customer service as his main objective, Mr. Carlesso has received many customers through word-of-mouth and because of his reputation for creating parts that are difficult to manufacture. He knows that the demands of the manufacturing industry are constantly changing, and he continues to learn about new types of products to stay up-to-date. AGC Machine Corp. is located at 28 Sawgrass Drive in Bellport, NY.

Before starting his career, he first attended college, and earned an Associate’s degree. In addition, Mr. Carlesso is IS 9100 and 9000 Certified.

Jason Munoz

Vice President Talent Acquisition BHI Energy The Woodlands, TX

Jason Munoz is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Executive for his work in the Energy sector and in acknowledgment of his work at BHI Energy.

As an Accomplished Public Speaker and Energy Executive, Mr. Munoz is experienced throughout multiple industries, with over 25 years of experience in the workforce. He has a network spanning 70 countries, and has spent many years managing business operations for Corporate Recruitment at major companies.

Mr. Munoz began his career in 1990 as a Line Boss at Halliburton. He gained experience in the Oil and Gas industry at Schlumberger as the Recruiting Manager for 12 years. Mr. Munoz worked with major corporations, including GENIVAR, Devon Energy, Baker Hughes, BlueLine Rental, Key Energy Services, and Weatherford, on aggressive recruitment strategies aimed to find and retain the best possible talent for each role. At Weatherford, Mr. Munoz’s design strategies created a $5 million annual savings for the company.

In his current role, he is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at BHI Energy, where he started in May 2021. He handles Nuclear and Wind Farm budgets in 16,000 places internationally, as well as 1,500 locations regionally.

In other aspects of his work, Mr. Munoz loves to coach those around him to develop professional and interpersonal skills for the workplace. He enjoys public speaking, and has recently spoken on an HR Panel in September 2021. Mr. Munoz is currently writing a book about Human Resources, which will be available on Amazon soon.

He has received multiple awards and honors, including: HRO Today’s 2017 Global Partnership Award, HRO Today’s 2017 HR Superstars Award, HRO Today’s 2018 and 2019 HR Superstars Award, HRO Today’s 2019 EMEA HR Superstars Award, HRO Today’s 2020 HR Superstars Award - North America, HRO Today’s Global Acquisition Leader of the Year for Innovation - (Remote Work) Award, and HRO Today’s 2020 Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year Award.

Mr. Munoz’s five-year plans include continuing to challenge himself as he coaches and mentors others. He loves to tell his clients, “It’s not about the ‘what if.’ I ask, ‘why not?’ That arms you with the ability to do anything.”

In his spare time, he enjoys coaching Youth Hockey in Houston at the Bantam, Midget, and Varsity levels. He is also a Board Member on the ISHL Board of Directors. He maintains affiliations with the Talent Acquisition Leaders Executive Network Team (TALENT), NACE, CACEE, and AMHA.
