Friday night, Handtmann Canada invites you to an open house in the Grand Presidential Suite, Marriott Gateway on the Falls, between 6 and 11pm. An excellent opportunity to spend time with peers in a relaxed and casual environment, while celebrating OIMP’s 35 years of membership.

Saturday afternoon, at 2pm, on the trade show floor our three finalists will compete head-to-head, dazzling the crowd while adding value to their undisclosed protein. Attendees will have a chance to cast their ballot and help determine Ontario’s next Finest Butcher.

Expo culminates Saturday night as we roll out the red carpet and honour our members for their achievements. Winners of the Ontario Finest Meat Competition™ and Ontario’s Finest Butcher will also be unveiled.
