Leslie Barrera is a well respected professional in the Miami real estate world with over 14 years of experience building and operating prominent brokerages. Her career began at Stewart de la Vega, where she worked her way up to the position of Office Manager in two short years. In 2008, Stewart de la Vega closed its doors and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty was born. While at ONE, Mrs. Barrera was exposed to virtually every facet of real estate, growing the company from one to seven offices in five year’s time. During her tenure, she supervised the daily operations of all seven offices while acting as a liaison between senior management and staff.

MICHAEL MIARECKI B R A N D I N G As an entrepreneurial executive branding luxury consumer goods and real estate development, Michael Miarecki has 25 years of international strategic brand building experience. Miarecki has directed the marketing and branding efforts for multiple real estate developments for clients such as W Hotel and Residences, Lar-Venezuela Co, MH Funding and Investments, Colonial Development, Bycor, Ltd. and Prospect Properties with more than $370 million USD in projects completed since 2004. Mrs. Rodriguez started her real estate career with The Keyes Company in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant, which led her position at Stewart De La Vega as the President’s Executive Assistant. Throughout the years, her extensive background includes exceptional customer service skills and training of new real estate agents. She then transitioned to real estate law, adding to her multiple real estate skill sets.
MICHAEL MUSCARELLA M A R K E T I N G After graduating from the Art Institute in '97, this Miami native hit the ground running. Planting his roots in South Florida. He worked his way up the ranks from pre-press to owner of his own multi-million dollar Digital Media Company in Sarasota. After selling it in 2015 and traveling around the counrty, he decied to come back to his home town to be closer to his family. Being the worker bee he is, we were able to lure him out of semi- retirement to help us give our agents the highest level of creative available.
