Inspired by woven cotton dhurries, the collection brings exquisite artisanal skill and maximalist style together, comprising armchairs and loveseats in a choice of vibrant prints and colors. The designs are characterized by their charming trims, which mirror the tasseled ends of the rugs they take inspiration from. Not only are the trims upcycled from excess stock, but they’re attached using Velcro, meaning you can take them on or off, as the mood takes you.

You can choose from eight sofas, seven armchairs and a footstool, each of which bridges the gap between classic and contemporary style. All designs are available in a collection of fabrics spanning natural Belgian linens, leather, wool and linenwool blends, plus their “clever” linen and velvet counterparts. The latter have been designed with increased durability and stain- and water-resisting properties, making them perfect for homes with young children or pets. We aren’t short on colors, either, with more than 30 options (and counting), all of which echo the signature hues you’ll find threaded throughout our collection.

ADAM LIPPES X OKA COLLECTION II

Sue Jones and fashion designer Adam Lippes have joined forces once again to create a collection of furniture and homeware that speaks to their shared loves: pattern and charm. Following the success of their first collaboration in 2020, a selection of dinnerware inspired by Famille Rose china, the pair have turned their creative eyes from the dining room to the study, with a collection designed to elevate the work-from-home experience.

Taking cues from a swatch of vintage fabric that Adam sourced from a French market, the pair have built the pieces around an intricate pattern of botanical and bird motifs, building a complementary palette from the core colors of green, red and blue. Intricate craftsmanship is at the heart of the collection, and the designers worked closely with OKA’s artisans to produce pieces that emphasized quality and longevity.
