A Message From Our Superintendent Dear Oklahoma Assemblies of God family, We are so thankful for you! Serving our OKAG family is a humbling honor and a heavy responsibility.

“ As we pray,

dream, and work together, I believe the best chapters of the OKAG are still ahead.

On April 27, I asked you to pray for a healthy transition for my family, a smooth transition for my church, and a move of God across Oklahoma. I believe God answered all three of these requests. Thank you for praying! 2021 produced transition for the Oklahoma Assemblies of God. After 21 years of leadership, Pastor Frank and Linda Cargill retired from their post as Superintendents. We are so grateful for their leadership and encouragement. Thanks to all who attended the reception held in their honor on April 27 and the Retirement Banquet held at Gaillardia on May 14. Our first day in office was July 1. We spent the first day praying over our 468

Women’s Ministries Daughter’s Conference, LIFE, Save One

Highlights in 2021 We continue to see a Holy Hunger among our Women and Women’s Leaders for MORE of God. Our women are digging deeper in PRAYER, Seeking the GIFTS and the INFILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, Contending for REVIVAL FIRE and THE MOVE OF the HOLY SPIRIT in their LOCAL CHURCHES. Women of old birthed this Fellowship, and they have left their Spiritual Seeds planted in Oklahoma Soil! We are intentionally propagating them! The Atmosphere is changing across our State, and we see spiritual rain clouds moving in– saturating the dry, parched ground. We know it is because of prayer and fasting. Hallelujah! Also, interest in Bible Engagement is rising in the local church and has been witnessed by grassroots Women’s groups throughout the State. Despite the Pandemic–we have seen an increase in Missions Giving and a hunger for connection and spiritual discipleship among our women. To God Be the Glory! We are Better Together. Susie Purkey

Began the Kick-off of SAVE ONE – Abortion Recovery Ministry for the Local Church in June, 2021 and we now have over 2 dozen dedicated local Chapters throughout OKAG.

The “Daughters of the King” 21-Day Devotional is SOLD OUT! Since 2017, 5,000 English copies of the devotional have been SOLD which has provided $10,000 for Missions.

The Oklahoma Assemblies of God recognizes the unprecedented work Mark led as the Hispanic Ministries director. In honor of his legacy, the “Mark Fitzgerald Endowment” was established by the Executive Presbytery. All funds raised by this endowment will go towards Mark’s vision of planting Hispanic churches in Oklahoma. Please continue to pray for Nancy and the entire Fitzgerald family.
