• Business students can join the Investment Club, where students are able to invest real money into the stock market. For the past 12 years, the Investment Club, which includes one undergraduate team and one graduate team, have been loaned $200,000 at the beginning of each fall semester by alumnus and business school namesake Herman Meinders. In the 2018-2019 school year, the club generated $23,000 profit, which was all contributed to the business school scholarship fund. • Students have the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills through faculty-sponsored business competitions, as well as special workshops and events. • Meinders School of Business is home to the Economic Research Policy Institute (ERPI), which operates much like a small business. Students have the opportunity to work there, completing data analytics and economic impact studies for companies in the Oklahoma area. 100% of the students who work in ERPI are employed when they graduate.

This unique program offers the combined opportunities of a full-tuition scholarship for four years (eight semesters) of study in the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University, and participation in an innovative program of co-curricular learning and personal development opportunities.
