HEAR FROM OUR STUDENTS!

‘‘

My favorite thing about Oklahoma City is probably the kind and caring people it is full of. I also absolutely love all of the food here. There is such a variety and I have yet to have a bad meal. Also, Lake Hefner and Bricktown are both a quick escape from campus to do a variety of fun things.”

‘‘

Oklahoma City offers so much more than I initially expected when I came here from out of state. There are all the conveniences of being a big city; while at the same time there is still a small town comfort. It is a unique hybrid of those two distinctly different cultures.”

‘‘

Oklahoma City is home to me. The city is full of charm and has tons of unique places to eat, shop, or experience. I love to visit the Plaza District just down the street from OKCU. On nice days, my friends and I will walk from OKCU to get a slice of pizza at Empire Slice House, a piece of pie at Pie Junkie, or a scoop of ice cream at Roxie’s. It’s awesome having such a great district of local shops and restaurants so close to OKCU.”
