n exciting week on Lake Okeechobee! Mix great fishing with Memorial Day weekend and it means fun for the whole family. Some of the best Lake Okeechobee memories that our family shares are moments together on the lake fishing and sharing some great picnic-style food while on the lake. The lake is still at a relatively low level, so much of the activity by its inhabitants is based around the outside grass lines. This week we saw an eagle, ospreys, manatees, otters and a plethora of other birdlife. It’s a great sight to see. My clients could not stop talking about how incredibly beautiful our lake is. When you add great fishing, beautiful scenery and a lakeside picnic the whole experience is pretty awe-inspiring. School is about to come to a close for another year.
