Good day to all my canna chef’s out there and welcome back to another great recipe, it’s May and the weather is getting nicer each day so let's do some grilling! For this month I am doing my Grilled Lemon Kush Garlic Shrimp Skewers they are the perfect summer meal. These shrimp skewers are marinated in a delicious garlic and lemon marinade, which gives them a bright and zesty flavor that's perfect for warm weather. They are quick and easy to prepare, making them a great option for a weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue. The best part is that they can be cooked on the grill or in the oven, so no matter what the weather is like outside, you can enjoy these tasty shrimp skewers anytime. Yields: 4-5 servings

Preparation& Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup canna olive oil

1 /4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Then thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure they are not too crowded. Now you’ll want to brush the shrimp with the garlic and lemon marinade, making sure they are coated evenly. After you coat the shrimp preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.

Serve the shrimp skewers with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley
