COOKING with a BUZ - Zooted Zombie Chow
By Chef Buz @medibles_ok
Good day out there to all my canna chef’s and welcome back to Cooking with a Buz! It’s my favorite time of year, that’s right peeps it’s Halloween time!
Creepy halloween decorations, haunted houses, lots of scares and of course some infused treats to keep your night spooky! I had the privilege to tag along with some awesome paranormal investigators, The Chronic Encounters girls.
Gloria, Morgyn, April and Brittanie, these girls are spooky and know where to find the haunted spots and some really creepy things. If you haven’t seen any of their videos you gotta check them out! I can’t forget Nate either, another spooky member of the team that just gives me chills.
I had to make sure I was really high to put myself through this haunted adventure that kept reminding me of the Saw movies. So check out their vids and see me scared and some awesome ghost hunting, now on to our recipe. For this year I chose my Halloween Zombie Chow and of course with the Chef Buz twist.
This is a quick and easy recipe and can be put into cups, bags or left in a bowl for everyone to enjoy. So grab a bag of your favorite herb, twist one up and let’s get Cooking with a Buz!
INGREDIENTS
7 OZ THIN PRETZEL STICKS 2 CUPS CORN CHEX 1 CUP CHEERIOS 1 CUP HONEY NUT CHEERIOS ½ CUP PEANUTS ½ CUP ALMONDS ½ 12 OZ BAG OF MILK CHOCOLATE M&M’S ½ 12 OZ BAG OF CARAMEL M&M’S 1 12 OZ BAG OF WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS 1 TBS CANNA COCONUT OIL
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
First, grab a large mixing bowl and add the pretzels, corn Chex, cheerios, peanuts, almonds, and M&M’s, everything but the white chocolate and oil, and mix them up.
STEP 2
Next in a microwavable safe bowl add the white chocolate chips and canna coconut oil and heat for 30 seconds and stir, repeat until the chocolate is completely melted and combined with the oil.
STEP 3
Now all you have to do is pour the canna chocolate over your mixture of goodies and make sure they are coated well. Let the Zooted Zombie Chow cool and then enjoy. Have a fun and safe Halloweed everyone!
