Pick of the Open Heifer Calves From Key Ranch
• This year’s set of open heifers is an exciting one. Arguably one of the stronger sets of up and coming females we’ve produced. The line up of sires put a lot of good things together for us, and hit right on many levels. These heifers have a lot of body, they’re solid muscled while maintaining femininity. They re ceived a lot of attention during the Salers tour this fall. The big sire groups are Keys Rockstar 115K, Keys Justified 15J, Mac Jetliner 151J and FFS Howie 362H. It won’t be hard to find a female in this group that could excel your program forward, with many options, black or red hided and many being high percentage.
