Guidelines for Agents



Thank you for considering King’s for your clients. Whilst we do work with agents, we do not pay agency fees or commission. Expectations We expect excellent levels of both written and spoken English from our prospective students together with varied extra-curricular interests. Information which we require from a prospective student: • Full name (including preferred/English name) • Date of Birth • Name of current school • Which year of entry the pupil wishes to apply for (Yr 9, Yr 10 or Yr 12) • When the child would join this year group (2021, 2022, 2023 etc). • Most recent school report (in English). An EP report (if applicable). • A copy of the latest school report Registration Please register via the Admissions tab on our website: https://www.kings-school.co.uk/admissions/register-deposit/ We are currently accepting registrations for all year groups from 2021 onwards (deadline is 1st December prior to entry). Visits* If you are bringing a family for a first visit to King’s, please book in for either an afternoon group visit or a Saturday open morning via our website: www.kings-school.co.uk/admissions A confirmatory email with an itinerary and full instructions will be sent prior to the visit. For the safety of our pupils and staff, full names (and relationship to the prospective pupils) must be provided prior to the visit date. Failure to do so could result in non-admittance. *Due to the high level of interest in King’s, please allow The Admissions Team a minimum of three working days to respond to your enquiry.
