Project Description The brain is the most complicated organ in the human body. Our thought, action, memory, feeling and experience of the world produced by our brain. Simply we are nothing more than empty flesh without brains. Kite Center for Brain Health is a research institute and a medical center focused exclusively on brain health that combines brain research with clinical interventions. The Center will provide academic training and houses specialists. It brings together experts in the fields of neuroscience, neurology, psychiatry, and rehabilitation in a hub for training, research, and clinical care. A place where people that are suffering from brain disease or a brain injury, as well as healthy people can go to improve their brain performance and make their brains more efficient and healthier. And also the project will include a research center for researchers need to complete their researches about the brain diseases, and find a cure for these diseases and will give them the opportunity to present their researches for people who are interested in the same sector The project consists of 7 floors.

Reorganizing Context Programs are organized based on brain synapses. Each program represented by an individual volume to get the idea that each part of the brain performs a specific function

Redefining Outdoor Spaces By modifying the voumes,the relationship between volumes and context is reorganized to articulate outdoor spaces & to benefit from the views.

Optimizing Shaping Volumes are grouped according to the relationship between each program by a volume that represent the main part of the project which is the medical area for patients

The plans of the project consists of two masses the first one which is the bigger mass represent the main elements of the project which contain the main functions of the project: - Outpatient clinics - Pharmacy - Emergency department - Cafeteria - Imaging and Radiology - Administrative - Gallery - Event spaces The plan designed in a way that ease the understanding of the spaces for the patients, visitors, and workers which each unit of the plan represent a different function and this idea was inspired by the mechanism of the brain. The second mass represent the research center with its main functions which are: - Laboratories - Meeting rooms - Lounges - Cafeteria

Project Description The project will provide a well-structured and will integrate different activities such as rigorously designed residential, retail and office spaces as well as places for entertainment and fun. One aspect to this project is the creation of open free spaces in which people could interact with the natural environment. The project is also an investigation on the public and private spaces and the role of the individual and the collective in the creation of a dynamic and adaptive vertical community. The tower will be seen as an architectural vertical city in an urban landscape. The project consists of : - Basement : 3 Floors - Podium : GL + 4 Floors - Offices : 10 Floors - Residential : 17 Floors.

Site & Location The proposed site for the project is located along the Corniche at the Tourist Club Area in Abu Dhabi. In this urbanized area students are encouraged to explore the various opportunities and challenges of the context.

Concept Approach The concept of the project was inspired by Bosco Vertical. the shifted balconies were designed to act as a shading device for each balcony underneath it and to define the residential part of the buildings from the offices and to give a better view for the surrounding area.

Concept Approach The design follows a concept of two central attraction that attract people outside to inside, and create areas that are suitable for everybody without social discrimination and to benefits from the waterfront by entering the water inside the plot and making it as a connection between the two central attractions.
